I found the staff unable to articulate what was required and they did not answer my comments on my order, so had to call again. Thankfully got there just before it had been sent to be made. The product is fine, I think, just hope it does not cause condensation, which I asked on numerous occasions and never got a clear answer. I also wanted elastic to be all the way round and was told that was not a good idea. I actually think it would be better if it had more elastic, as it does flap around.

Delivery arrived in good time. The covers were slightly baggy and long compared to the previous covers we received from you, for different chairs, which fitted perfectly.

I was advised that the order hadn't been processed.
Odd given they'd charged my account.
This was dismissed out of hand but this extremely poor organisation.
My advice is avoid.
They are either incompetent, have inadequate systems or just useless.
