I placed two orders for cushion covers and inserts. The first order included firm green inserts that were perfect for seat use, I was confused though as the back inserts were supposed to be softer and thinner. All my 4 cushions weere of the same density. I was later told back cushions are softer. However, the second order—though for the same items—arrived with much softer, thinner inserts, unsuitable for seating. I was told these are the correct inserts, but one of the three is very, very thin and can't be used for seating. I later found out the original inserts had been discontinued, but this wasn't communicated at the time of purchase. Despite providing clear video evidence, I was only offered partial store credit, not replacements. The inconsistency in product quality and the lack of transparency have been frustrating. I now have unusable cushions and feel the issue hasn't been properly resolved.

Ordering a bespoke products like these was a daunting prospect. However, Cover & All was fantastic.
The guidance on the site was very helpful, how to measure, the options available and even being able to add photos. I wasn't sure why I was adding photos, but it became clear.
C&A checked the photos and noticed a couple of discrepancies in what I was ordering based on what they could see in the photos and reached out to me to double check. Once I confirmed everything, including the changes they captured they called me to confirm a few things to make sure they got it right.
The covers arrived quite quickly and fit like a glove.
I am very happy with the customer experience, I will be ordering a few more covers shortly to complete the set and I am very confident C&A will get it right. These covers have brought new life to a garden set I was considering replacing.
