I requested a change to my order within 2 hours, after saying they could change it, they then said it was already manufactured and that was that, after a load of stress and more 'empty' and meaningless promises from customer services they eventually agreed to change my order - in summary this is an international company and sales and manufacturing are clearly in different parts of the world and from my experience'one hand does not know what the other hand is doing'

I am still waiting for my purchases. When I contacted Cover & All UK I was told to wait even though they had expected my delivery to arrive the previous week. They then basically went on to say that I should chase the delivery company up. Using the tracking no' and my reference no' the delivery company came back essentially not in their system. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received at least they could have tried a tad better rather than as it felt washing their hands of the matter.

A little hesitant with paying for a custom cover for both of our large wicker sofas but the money was well spent - they fit like a dream and are very good quality and well made. Didn't give it a second thought to buy a cover for our outdoor table and will definitely buy from this company again
