I ordered a cover and 10 mins later tried to contact via phone and number doesn't exist. I needed to ammend order for more holes to be put round edge. I emailed immediately that i realised i hadnt done so. Email was ignored and was sent an email 2 days later saying i was too late and order was being produced. Very poor communication but product ok

Poor service, 3 weeks delivery, tracking information was terrible. Not a UK company, it is in India. Read reviews before placing order as this appears to be quite normal. Communication was poor. They did give me a 25% refund for such terrible service. The quality of the cover is ok, but I would order from Amazon next time.

We have been looking for a while for a cover to protect our four plastic fan chairs, when stacked. Plastic covers don't seem to be the right size. Then my husband came across Cover & All UK. One of the standard size covers is perfect, but it's also good to know that they wil make custom fit ones if required.
The delivery took a little longer than I usually expect, but when the item arrived, it had been packaged very well and appeared to have been sent from India, so that explained the slightly longer delivery time.
I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The material appears to be very hard wearing, and the colour is nice.
I would not hesitate to order from Cover & All UK again, as well as recommending them to others.
