This company is not based in the U. K.; products are not made here or shipped from here as they claim. Mine came dirty and wrapped in kitchen cling film and to top it all off it was the wrong one and didn't fit. When I requested a call back I got a call from a number that said it was coming from Bathgate Scotland, but the woman I was speaking to was actually in Atlanta, Georgia and the cover came from India.

We are a global business headquartered in the USA with customers all over the world. The location of our current production unit (India) is mentioned in our FAQ section. It is also promptly disclosed when asked. Our website does not claim they are made within the UK, and we are unable to locate any phone call from your registered phone number. If you called us from a different number, please share it with us. We will certainly investigate it and refund you in full if you were inadvertently provided incorrect information.
With regard to product issues, your first complaint was that the size is incorrect. We passionately handcraft hundreds of covers each day, and admittedly sometimes we make a mistake. We are firmly committed to making it right when given the opportunity and once the error is established. For this purpose, our support team requested a picture showing the incorrect size using a tape measure. Regrettably, we have not received this yet.
We use shrink wrap to protect the cover in transit. This is common practice and does not affect the performance of the product.
A few days after your original complaint, a different issue has been raised (dust, improper stitching). The cover is made of waterproof material and if at all there is any dust it can simply be wiped off with a damp cloth. Nevertheless, our Quality team will look into your concern and respond shortly.
