The cushion covers are excellent quality and fit now they have arrived, Wouid be much better if communication was honest and realistic instead of constant excuses and delays.

Shopping experience on website was fine. But the product it's self was very poor. The fabric has no give in it and is nothing like what the pictures show. It's very much like a hessian fabric. Very disappointed and would really send the item back normally.

We were given a two week delivery date, the covers never arrived on the date given so I had to call to track them only to be told they were still in the warehouse being made as the fabric had been out of stock, this then added another week and a half wait time. I ordered 15 covers, When they arrived they were wrapped in a tight ball of plastic and when opened were so creased I had to steam all 15 front and back as they looked so terrible. The covers themselves are really nice and I am happy with the quality but the wait time, the lack of communication and the state they arrived in was disappointing, especially for the price I paid.
