The product arrived pretty quickly from India where I assume it was made. It feels pretty robust and is much heavier and thicker than most of the off the shelf options. That said it is several times the price, so I will reserve absolute judgement for when it has seen a few year's service. I'm not wanting to have to replace this in a hurry.
Great experience, easy to order, lots of designs. One perfect for our long, wide daybed teak bench. Perfect fit and much needed waterproofing for our lovely comfy cushions which are too large to keeping moving every time there's a cloud burst.
We did not find the instructions for how to measure easy to follow. We could tell that Cover and All were really trying, but it was almost too much information. The table we wished to cover was oval, rather than elliptical, and my wife and I nearly fell out over how to interpret the measurement instructions. I remember that at one point someone suggested that we just sawed the table up and burnt it, and saved ourselves a lot of grief.
Eventually we settled on what we hoped was the correct interpretation of what measurement was what, and with heart in mouth, sent the details off. It was going to be an expensive error if we got it wrong.
When the parcel arrived from Cover and All, we left it in the porch for two days, not daring to reveal the truth. Eventually, I plucked up the courage to open it. We took the cover out to the patio and tried it on the table. Hoorah! It was a perfect fit. It was worth the effort. It is a good workmanlike job, well made and looks like it will repel the worst that British weather can chuck at ti for a good few years. Thank you very much.

I ordered an unusual size cover for our new garden table, which is slightly longer than the usual size, seating 8 people rather than the standard 6. Cover & All took the trouble to check with me that I meant what I said regarding the measurements, and had not made a mistake. They then quoted an approx. 10 day delivery time but in fact the cover arrived within just a few days. It is perfect, exactly the right size and of very good quality. We are very pleased: this was an excellent service.

I needed new covers for my rattan cushions, this company were able to customise their cushion covers and the quality of the materials they used looked robust. The company were quick to respond to my order error and corrected it with ease which made me feel confident about the product I was purchasing. I was told my covers would be delivered by 2nd August. On the 30th July I got a message from Fedex the delivery company that my order was out for delivery. I asked my mother in law to go to my house to collect package. It never arrived. I tracked my order and it was left at another address, not stated where with an S. Marshall. There are 4 houses on my road, no one is called S. Marshall. I am very disappointed to have not received the covers I have purchased and feel the delivery company has let this company down. I will think twice about using them again.
Website guidance requires measuring in inches (!) and a tolerance of 2-3 inches. Mine was 0-4". You can specify curved or straight sides, I went for curved, and what arrived had one curved, one straight and one that could be described as not having made up its mind.
