I would love to leave a review hopefully telling the world that the covers were a perfect fit and of a high quality. Unfortunately this is not to be as over a week after they were supposed to arrive they are still not here. I have had more emails from UPS changing the delivery date than I have had from Cover & All. I have tried to contact Cover & All about this but it would seem that now the order has left them they no longer take responsibility for the order and pass all the responsibility to UPS. I have tried to contact UPS but it would appear that no humans work there, it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a person. I hope that Cover & All do make a good product, it was not cheap but I would not ever use them again as the stress of trying to move my diary around to be be here each and every day that UPS decide to deliver has driving me quite demented as you can tell by the content of this review. I would suggest to Cover & All that they change their delivery company or face losing more customers.

Easy to order, instructions to measure furniture are clear and concise. Fast efficient shipping however I ordered a small table cover the day after i ordered a large corner sofa bespoke cover and as this small table cover didn't qualify for free postage I rang Cover and All and they said that the first order had already gone through so that I couldn't put them together and get free postage. Hence I had to pay postage! The total was well over £300 so it wasn't a small order!

Poor response on live chat - including a wait of over 9 minutes in the middle of a "chat", customer services hung up on me when i called and told that the product was being made within hours of placing the order but would take 12 days to get to me! Tried to cancel but couldn't.
Website showed that if I signed up to their mailing list i would get 20% off and free delivery - BUT the free delivery only applied to orders over £50 (which it didn't say) and both this and the 20% off were available whether i signed up or not.
