Excellent product, excellent value.

I purchased a sofa and 2-chair cover set to replace a set from another company that ripped in just 2 years. These Covers are substantially weighty, even though I bought the mid-weight version. The online instructions are flawless, the phone advice was accurate and the covers look beautiful and durable. I live on the west coast and experience winter rain and high winds. So far, these covers don't seem the least phased by either. I highly recommend these covers.

Don't buy accessories

They shrunk the dimensions of my sunshade because I ordered accessories. May be my bad for not reading the small print but still if you request dimensions from a customer you should not adjust said dimensions. Attempted to return product, found process to return product to be very convoluted and not worth my time.

Unprofessional and very disapointed

Very disapointed, extra money, charging 140$ extra over 400$ already paid and collected. I was kind of a prisoner for this company. Or I pay the extra 140$ charged or I lose my order and what I paid for. It's disgusting, It was very frustrating. They never want to reimburse me and cancel the order. I vigorously won't recommend doing business with them.

Fast delivery!

I was impressed with how quickly this cover was sent to me. Good quality. This is the second custom order I have made with covers and all. I'm quite satisfied with the product. On this particular fire pit cover, the elastic ties that are supposed to sinch the cover tighter, don't really work and are difficult to tighten. I'm not sure if that is because the cover is new and a bit stiff but other than that, the fit is very good.

Covers for conversation set

This was my second order from Covers and All. I received the covers for my conversation set 2 weeks ago and just slipped them on tonight. Over night temperatures will be below zero. As expected, they fit exactly as I expected from the patio set I ordered in the summer. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

Outdoor covers for furniture

The service was truly great and good communication.
The only issue I have is that I should have added an extra 1" or two to my calculation. The specification said to give exact measurement of outdoor furniture which I did and they were suppose to add 2" to my calculation. I find that the covers are slightly too tight to put on, mostly on the bottom part of the covers. Its a bit of a struggle slipping them on. Im hoping that maybe over time they will stretch! Other than that the quality if very good.

Good product, fits good enough

When working on the design Covers & All did not quite read/understood my answers/drawings/notes to their questions and kept asking the same questions. At one point I was going to cancel the order.
As my oven is not a standard fabrication ( based on a plan made from ovens found in archeological digs in Pompeii) I understand that it may have been confusing. Overall, it fits good enough and looks good, but a little tight at the base of the chimney.

Perfect fit

The L shaped sofa cover fits perfectly over our patio furniture. Understanding the measurement guide was a little challenging but after a prompt clarification follow up all was rectified. Delivery was quick and easy to track.

Good products

The clear tarp I got is not what you buy in the hardware store. It's much thicker and sturdier. I haven't had it up for very long yet but it seems like it will withstand the winter wind so far.
I wanted new cushions for my chairs back and seat cushions but they are too expensive. To replace the cushions on just one chair would cost me more than 200$. That is the downfall. Good product but way too costly. The tarp was not a terrible price but the cushions are too much.

Fire Table and A/C covers

The ordering process was easy with you online ordering portal.
Nice choice of colours.
The order came did arrive approximately 5 weeks after order which is not bad at all as these were customer orders.

The items were packaged very well

We already had a Big Green Egg cover which has held up very well over the past 3 years.

Quality product but some issues with their sizing
October 21, 2024

I've always ordered their best fabric and it's excellent, very durable and waterproof. In total I have 9 covers for various outdoor furniture with half fitting well but a few that are too big. For example I have one for a cooler that is 16" x 32" and they added almost 3" to both dimensions, now the cover drapes across the ground and with wind the bottom will most likely fray. My suggestion to anyone ordering is that you take at least 2" off the height to avoid this issue.
