Your website needs to be updated. Although I can put items in my shopping cart while using Firefox, I cannot retrieve a password or create a new account without using a different browser. It took a very long time through a chat to reach this conclusion. Although the person was helpful, and it was not their fault, it has been a frustrating experience. You need to make it easier for people to buy from your website if you want business.
I went into this transaction as a "first-timer", and with some trepidation, placed my order. Fulfillment was a breeze. I was kept informed and from date of order, manufacture and shipping the end to end experience was seamless. The product far exceeded our expectations. Quality fabric, piping around edges, full zippers, and spot on sizing.

Quality of the cushion covers I ordered was excellent!
This company definitely has a special thing going - we recommend it. We looked in all corners of the web to try to find either replacement cushions or just cushion covers, deciding to try out CoversAndAll, and we're extremely happy with the overall experience. Cost-wise there is no company that even comes close. The website is well built and makes choosing sizes easy, our order went into production right away, and we received our order in around a week (super fast). The covers fit our cushions perfectly and are well made with a material that seems to strike the right balance between comfort and durability. We'll see how they last in the long term if we can keep them out of the rain but definitely very happy with the experience and product received.

The cover fits like it should but I'm questioning the quality. There is wrapping paper tape attached to each inside corner. I have no idea the reasoning behind that. Almost as if they forgot a step in manufacturing the cover?. That does not seem like quality to me. Hopefully there will be no issues but time will tell
It was the only website in CAD and one of the only ones that made custom covers. Website suggested very good quality materials being used

I have a small yard so purchased a chaise with an ottoman to make a small L-shaped couch. It's a very irregular shape and I'm really happy with how my cover turned out. It fits perfectly and feels very durable. I really appreciate the one-on-one messaging prior to making the piece. It shows that this company cares about their products and customers. Would recommend and definitely use again.

The gas pizza oven I own has some hard to provide outer frame dimensions. Covers & all staff got back to me a couple of times for measurements and the custom cover was a perfect fit!

I ordered two custom items. For one that had an unusual profile, I received feedback from the company to ensure correct fit. I also asked for a custom alteration to the zippered front. The product I received fit perfectly and the custom zippered front is exactly what I requested. I was overwhelmed at how excellent this product was and the service that was provided.
Internet search lead me to Covers & All and the ability to customize was important.
The design team sent pics and answered questions very quickly. From order date to delivery was less than 2 weeks. Mind you, mine was a custom shape and size. The only thing I'd change is show the materials better on the website. Not a rendering but an actual image.

Mi ordered a custom size triangle shade. The measurements along all the edges are correct but the longest edge is not cut straight. It's cut on a curve upwards towards the peak therefor it will not be long enough to cover the area I need. Ex: side A is left, side B is right and C is the bottom... side C is not cut straight across, it curves up toward the corner where A&B meet. There was no way to know that was going to happen nor was there a way for me to give a length there. The math provided would've been right if it was cut straight. It took 2 months to get to me and to say I'm a little disappointed is an understatement...
I contacted them because the shipment was taking a very long time and I haven't received a tracking number. I was worried because of the bad reviews. The agent was great and explained that was with their old vendor. And he expedited my package.

I ordered a gazebo curtain. I was told it would arrive by Oct19 and it came a almost two weeks sooner. Its a great product. We will be able to enjoy our gazebo even in the winter time. It's very sturdy.

I do not normally write reviews, however, I felt this one really deserved it. We are extremely happy with the way our cover turned out. We are in LOVE with our new fire pit cover! The quality, price, professionalism of website and always keeping you updated, and delivery time is excellent. If more companies would operate in this matter it would make our life a lot easier. I had to call 4 times over 2 days to get someone who was able to answer a question about how to edit an order. You are clearly using a call center. Also I was given a discount code (Welcome 20) and that I wasn't able to get the system to recognize. The only reason I continued was because you were recommended by the the artist who made my new gathering table. I never got the promised discount even through I spent near $2,000 for the cover. The final product, however, was great.

Quite bit of back and forth for confirming measurements and photos, and more measurements and more photos but i received my cover on Monday and it is a perfect custom fit! So worth it! Quality is excellent and has held up 100% against the hail and rain.

This BBQ cover is the second item ordered from Coverandall. The first was a firetable cover.
We live on the ocean, so weather conditions can be severe. These covers in the heavy duty fabric are ideal. In addition, the ability to custom fit the covers is great and the staff at Coversandall do an excellent job to get it right. Would certainly recommend.

I had purchased 3 sections of blue from you, and they fit perfectly and are most excellently manufactured. In my latest shipment, again the manufacturing was perfect, however, I forgot to click " blue" and ended up with the 4th panel being grey by default. Not sure if you are able to have your website recognize the email of an earlier purchase, prompting a customer with a " reminder" that the consumer's previous order was a certain color.
