Just received my order and it hangs just the way I needed. It looks strong and I hope it works well against our Canadian winters. I will order more for the patio area. Note: I thought I was ordering from a Canadian company but to my surpise, it arrived (quickly) from India. Did not have to pay customs / duty.

I've used Covers & All before for a custom made tarp. I've searched everywhere to find something Canadian made that was specific to our patio table set-up.
The website was easy to folllow and the design was custom to my needs. A few measurements and the results speak for themselves.
A few emails back and forth with the designer to confirm design and measurements. Easy as ever.
Will definitely use again.

Everything was great I got what I ordered and say to customize. All my concerns were answered.
My only issue(s) the covers were a bit baggier then I wanted them to be. I underestimated that additional two inches added to length and width. And the draw ties at the bottom are hard to pull tight. That being said. They will do the job easily and so I'm good with it.

Great overall experience, really happy with the product, like the fact that all dimensions had to be confirmed based on the mockup drawing provided by Covers and All. Shipping was fast, good experience all around.

They're quality units. The custom fit based on the measurements I gave was perfect. I'm super happy with them. I wish the drawstrings pulled tighter but maybe I'm doing something wrong with them? Other than that I'm super happy hopefully will be happy for years.

It is my second cover and as the first one I was totally satisfied. My only issue is that I make a mistake for the length. I order in inches instead of centimetres, as a result it is too long. I will check in the summer if I can get it shortened.

Very easy to order. I ordered another cover for my firepit expecting the same look from my original order a few years ago however I was a bit disappointed in the fact that my original cover had pockets on the sides of the cover and this replacement didn't have the pockets. It's a different look and I'm not sure I like it as much as the original one.

Overall, the experience was good. It is confusing on the extra add on option however. I wish it was made clear that the loop sewn in is for the top and in lieu of grommets, not a bottom option.

The curtains are well made otherwise and arrived almost on time.

I wanted a custom order with grass posts but it became a little too complicated for me as the team asked several questions and photos. There were a 2-3 days delays between my answers and additional questions which made the production process longer. Don't get me wrong... they were doing a great job to ensure the cover would fit my set up but as the grass posts were a temporary solution for me, I finally decided to go with a more standard solution with concrete anchors to attach the cover. Once the order was processed, billing, production and shipping all went without issue.

Clad to see it came with vents, the front pocket was a surprise, because it was so big a couple of lift handles would be a nice feature

Good service and nice quality looks solid, i will surely make another order, my first was to see if I would like it.

The curtains, construction, looks, colour, height are all great. The problem is with the wording of the measurements and what they allow for differences and what not. It needs to be more clear. My curtains were not wide enough despite my thinking that I was giving the right measurements. Thank goodness I can modify my opening to ensure they fit properly.
Please improve the measuring process and terminology.

Great site to navigate and delivery was prompt to my home. Ordered about 1inch larger than actual size, but I could have ordered the exact measurement.

These were our initial orders with Covers & All and based upon our experience, we will be long term customers and staunch advocates for them.

Purchased the heavy duty cover. Very robust and will last a long time, only issue is the cords at the corner don't synch up very well. Probably not a big issue as they are heavy enough that they will likely not come off.

Ordering was easying. They even contacted me with a recommendation to make the final product better and did it at no extra charge. Completion and shipping times were reasonable and quick. Quality is excellent.

I sent an email and Varun Mehta responded promptly with a quote. I then however in revisiting the site, saw that I could have the covers sloped so I added extra dimensions and changed the design, ordering on the site.

It was a simple painless experience. I did not know where to order something to fit my table. Your business came up on safari. It was easy to navigate and all around I am 100% satisfied

Instructions for measuring were easy to follow. Ordering experience was very positive. Seamless!
