Received my replacement covers within 5 days of expected delivery date with expedited shipping. I am quite happy with the product. Quality construction, far better then the original covers, trendy light grey fabric and great workmanship. The cost was also far better then any other option I found. Order to my door in 3 weeks. I will definitely order from this company again.

Product arrived ahead of schedule. Looks good - thiner than I expected considering I purchased the heaviest duty version. I will be curious to see how it has fared a year from now.

Especially happy I was able to recover my existing cushions on my existing patio set. New cushions would be 4 x 's as much. The gas pizza oven I own has some hard to provide outer frame dimensions. Covers & all staff got back to me a couple of times for measurements and the custom cover was a perfect fit!

Had a good discussion with the CSR, confirming the measurements and options. She was very experienced and helpful. My only constructive feedback is that your order system should be capable of allowing the CSR some discretion as we were within $0.40 of qualifying for free freight and were unable to make it despite one upgrade on the order ( the next upgrade would have cost more than the freight charge).

This BBQ cover is the second item ordered from Coverandall. The first was a firetable cover.
We live on the ocean, so weather conditions can be severe. These covers in the heavy duty fabric are ideal. In addition, the ability to custom fit the covers is great and the staff at Coversandall do an excellent job to get it right. Would certainly recommend.

Good strong product. Looks great. The only thing was even though I measured and added 4 inches to length on both ends to wrap some around the 4 x 4 beams of gazebo it just barely fit the least amount of space I had. I will work but not as good as I wanted. I would order again if I needed any thing similar.

I have a small yard so purchased a chaise with an ottoman to make a small L-shaped couch. It's a very irregular shape and I'm really happy with how my cover turned out. It fits perfectly and feels very durable. I really appreciate the one-on-one messaging prior to making the piece. It shows that this company cares about their products and customers. Would recommend and definitely use again.

Quite bit of back and forth for confirming measurements and photos, and more measurements and more photos but i received my cover on Monday and it is a perfect custom fit! So worth it! Quality is excellent and has held up 100% against the hail and rain.

This is my 2nd ordering experience with Covers & All. Both times fully satisfied with product and service.

I will be honest, I was a bit concerned as we were asked to provide measurements from our sectional many times to ensure 100% accuracy. It paid off. We received the package yesterday and it is perfect. Also, very heavy duty material. So much so that it could even be left out over a cold Canadian winter.

I ordered two custom items. For one that had an unusual profile, I received feedback from the company to ensure correct fit. I also asked for a custom alteration to the zippered front. The product I received fit perfectly and the custom zippered front is exactly what I requested. I was overwhelmed at how excellent this product was and the service that was provided.

Purchased cushion covers to replace the old set. It was very simple to add the required dimensions using their diagrams. I would also strongly suggest uploading a picture of what you're replacing. Their design team had responded back looking for further details to give me exactly what I wanted! I would have preferred a nicer fabric but for the overall cost I can't really complain. I also received my finished goods as promised on time. I would definitely purchase from them again!

Just wanting to know options for future purchases.

I provided a drawing and their design team built exactly what I had in mind. I love the edging put around the sides and pull strings to help keep it in place. Really impressed with the end product, on such a customized cover! Thank you.

The cover fits like it should but I'm questioning the quality. There is wrapping paper tape attached to each inside corner. I have no idea the reasoning behind that. Almost as if they forgot a step in manufacturing the cover?. That does not seem like quality to me. Hopefully there will be no issues but time will tell

I ordered a gazebo curtain. I was told it would arrive by Oct19 and it came a almost two weeks sooner. Its a great product. We will be able to enjoy our gazebo even in the winter time. It's very sturdy.

I had to call 4 times over 2 days to get someone who was able to answer a question about how to edit an order. You are clearly using a call center. Also I was given a discount code (Welcome 20) and that I wasn't able to get the system to recognize. The only reason I continued was because you were recommended by the the artist who made my new gathering table. I never got the promised discount even through I spent near $2,000 for the cover. The final product, however, was great.

I do not normally write reviews, however, I felt this one really deserved it. We are extremely happy with the way our cover turned out. We are in LOVE with our new fire pit cover! The quality, price, professionalism of website and always keeping you updated, and delivery time is excellent. If more companies would operate in this matter it would make our life a lot easier.
