I bought 2 covers 1 for HHR and 1 for MBZ E350 4 door. The MBZ cover was to short and the HHR cover was to big. I swapped them around and the HHR cover fit the MBZ but the MBZ cover was to short for the HHR. I initiated a return and they claimed the return label would be sent by UPS it never showed up so I recontacted them and they claimed to have UPS send another return label and it never showed up. They did say I could just send it back at my expense. My recommendation is don't do business with them, they don't honor their word. You get what you get. Not happy
The cover did not fit my boat then when cover was turned after 1 email 1 phone with no return to either of those i was able talk to someone via chat. Then they claim the cover was stained when returned and I know 100% it was not stained when I packaged it up to return. So they are only crediting me back part of the amount of money. Beware do not use!
Ordered Sharkskin cover for my 2002 Skeeter ZX250. Lady I spoke with was very helpful with ordering and was even more impressed with the fit of the cover. Pictures tell the whole story. Could not be more pleased.
Received the cover months back and immediately reached out. The cover misses about 5" in the front and back so my car isn't completely covered. Happy with the quality, but just doesn't fit. When I talked to Coveranything, they discouraged going to the next size up because it would be too big. I have decided to get a cover from Toyota so it fits better. Sorry I didn't just take the larger one from Coveranything, but too late now.
I purchased a $623 CUSTOM FIT boat cover for my boat from them. Not a semi custom fit or universal fit cover but a cover specifically made to fit my specific year, brand and model boat.
It didn't fit when I received it and I sent pictures to them showing it was too short as it wouldn't go over the rear corners of the boat. The top of the windshield reinforcement was about 10" too far forward leaving the cover at the top of the windshield unprotected from damage. The cut out for the main outboard motor was too small and bunched up in front of the motor and it was too short to go over the motor. After they saw the pictures of how it didn't fit they asked for the Vin# of the boat so they could contact the boat manufacturer for information. I have asked to return this cover for a refund after two months of correspondence with them with no resolution. Today I receive an email saying they will not allow me to return the cover for a refund and if fits as designed. This cover is totally unusable for this boat as it far too short and won't go over the rear corners of the boat. On the Port side it's about 6" too short and about 3" too short on the starboard side. I've filled a dispute with PayPal who the cover was charged to including photographs of exactly how it doesn't fit. Just remember this was made for my specific make model and year boat. Not a universal cover to fit boats of similar dimensions as well as mine!
This return was accepted by us and a refund given. The fit issue occured because of the kicker motor on the transom of the boat. The cover was not designed to work with a kicker motor, as you can see in the photos.
I bought cover for Bayliner 185. It is said guaranty fit. When i received i found it is bigger 3ft (1m) then it is need to be. I call them. They were rude. They did not want to return or exchange. Customer service is bad

I bought a cover for my car and sent me a big size I sent back and i only get $48 dólares back and I pay $109, the company told me the cove was dirty, this a fake accusation. I this tel you guys don't trust the cover anything, good luck, and also I never used the cover I open in my living room.

I purchased a custom boat cover for my 23' deck boat and paid extra for it to cover the extended ski platform, it came in without the extra length I've called several times and never got through I'm emailing someone called Summer she told me after a month of run around about not being able to get info from boat manufacturer on the boat length that she will send me a piece of fabric and I can make my own and when I tell her that is unacceptable and I want to send it back she says it's not returnable since it's not a manufacturer defect, I paid over $500 for this cover and extra to cover the whole boat and not have to make my own cover
I would not buy from anyone that lies about their products and customer service they are the worst in all categories
John, our pattern for your boat indicates that it does not cover extended swim platform. We do not have an option on our site to cover the platform. I ordered the,"Weather Fit Solar-X SUV Cover", listed as,$389.06, on *******@124.50.The "original price" was misleading because the cover felt and looked like a cheap plastic table cloth, painted silver, Made in China. It was much too large for my SUV and very difficult to put on for one person. I returned it and received a refund of only $82.66 after the "restocking fee" and return shipping charge. I will try and find a USA Company. Check the "restocking fees" and return shipping fees before making a purchase!

I called to order a cover for a 2016 Lowe stinger 180 in Nov. 2020. The rep told me what cover would fit. It shipped on time. I live near Chicago due to winter I stored my boat no need for cover. Just took my boat out fishing 3/23/21 first time. Came home and tried to put the cover on for the first time. The boat is 96" across the back and the cover would not fit across the width. Called coveranything twice and and followed the prompt for returns both times I was disconnected. Called again and followed the prompt to purchase and was immediately connected, go figure! The rep told me there was nothing they would do because it was past 30 days. They were willing to take it back, go figure, but would not exchange for new properly fitting cover even though it was obviously their mistake. They would certainly be able to tell it had never been used. Ask to talk to a manager and was told they wouldn't talk to me! Not willing to compromise or come to any type of resolution to honor "their" cover that they guarantee would fit! That's what managers do, is have the authority to make decision to keep great customer service!

I bought this cover in 2019 and it fit the car well and the purchase experience was good. About a year after using it in the hot south Florida sun the outer waterproofing material started to come off. This deterioration continued at a more advanced pace until looked like powder all over the car every time I took it off. When it rains it is now a giant soggy sock. I contacted the company since I only got 1 1/2 years out of it (10 year warranty) and they said they would give me 60% off a new cover. No longer a happy customer. The cover we purchased at the same time from CarCovers.com for our other car is much higher quality. So I will get another cover from them.
I ordered the Weatherfit motorcycle cover for my Harley Davidson Heritage Softail. My primary use was for indoor storage so I am not concerned about weather protection as much as dust and a soft inner cover surface for paint protection. The ad has a image depicting the 'two' layers being and protective outer layer and a protective inner layer indicating differing material types and making one believe that the protective inner layer is soft. This can not be further from the truth. The material is a thin single layer with a coating applied on the inner surface which appears to be a sealant in an attempt to make it water proof. The material is stiff and not soft. They offered for me to return the item but they charge you return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Oh, it's made in China. They avoid mentioning that in their ads. If you want a nice protective and durable vehicle cover this is not the product you are looking for. I have seen better for half the price.
Paul, all of our covers are guaranteed to not scratch your motorcycle's finish. The cover you ordered does have a soft inner lining that would never scratch, scuff, or mar the bike's paint or chrome. We are sorry that you did not agree with that after removing the cover from the box, but after some use the fabric softens and you would have seen that the protection would have been top notch. Note the site references easy returns and magically every review is glowing. Thats the first red flag. Believe me there is no way customers are that satisfied with this product. I ordered the gold cover for $150. Based on the website and the 4 layers nonsense I expected a quality fabric with a soft first layer. I open the box and the material is very thin and not at all soft. 4 layers? Maybe under a microscope. I decided it wasn't what I expected and below par to the description. Looked more like something worth 39.99. I never even took it out of the box so it was still perfectly packed. I went to return and had to jump through a couple hoops. Finally I got the return slip. Sent this back to them again in perfect unused condition and sellable as brand new. Followed up in a few days and they refunded me $92. Shipping fee and restocking fee deducted from the 150 I paid. Who does that in this day and age of e-retailing. No one. So I got to pay $58 for the privilege of opening a box and seeing a substandard product. Shady outfit all the way around and the product is not good. I didn't bother posting this on their website because its 100% certainty they don't post negative reviews, if the reviews are even real in the first place. Avoid

Additionally, some cleaning compounds can cause reactions, so testing colorfastness is recommended prior to permanent use.
