I called to order a cover for a 2016 Lowe stinger 180 in Nov. 2020. The rep told me what cover would fit. It shipped on time. I live near Chicago due to winter I stored my boat no need for cover. Just took my boat out fishing 3/23/21 first time. Came home and tried to put the cover on for the first time. The boat is 96" across the back and the cover would not fit across the width. Called coveranything twice and and followed the prompt for returns both times I was disconnected. Called again and followed the prompt to purchase and was immediately connected, go figure! The rep told me there was nothing they would do because it was past 30 days. They were willing to take it back, go figure, but would not exchange for new properly fitting cover even though it was obviously their mistake. They would certainly be able to tell it had never been used. Ask to talk to a manager and was told they wouldn't talk to me! Not willing to compromise or come to any type of resolution to honor "their" cover that they guarantee would fit! That's what managers do, is have the authority to make decision to keep great customer service!
