I ordered what I thought was a top of the line "5 layer" cover which was originally over $600 and on sale for a whopping 75% off. It was for my small SUV. What I got was a huge one size fits all SUV cover. The site leads you to believe by looking up your car the cover will be fit to your car, which is not true at all. The box it came in looked like it was ordered direct from China (even said "made in China), and sent directly to me. There is no way this was $600. When I returned it, they tried changing me 33% fee despite their website claims of 100% guarantee., Their reason, "stains" on the inside of the cover. Only problem, It was never used, I put it back in the box 20 minutes after I pulled it out, that's how disappointed I was with the purchase. It could have been a couch cover and fit the same. They need to advertise these as Small/Med/Large/XL which is what they are... Buyer beware.
My boat top is 2 years old and it is leaking and has a 10 year warranty. Cover Anything is just the seller and it goes out to 3rd party for warranty West. Please see the attached email they sent back to me. Beware they don't stand behind their warranty. Please read email below.
I have heard back from Westland, there are a few issues going on with your cover. You need to clean the cover to get rid of the mold. Then retreat the cover with 303 Fabric Protectant. The mold that has grown has affected the protectant that is on it. You will then need to lower the support pole in the front. It looks like you have it so that the sewn in vents are pointing up and allowing water to get into the boat.
Hopefully that will help keep the water out.

After 2 phone calls to discuss a covers for my boat and feeling the cover would fit, and after reading the following on coveranythings website:

So I ordered the cover. Once I received the cover I tried it on the boat and the cover was to small. If you try to make a small cover fit and damage the cover then you are out of luck (read other reviews). This was not the case with me, I tried and the cover was to small so I packaged up and called for a return authorization. Once the cover was returned, my credit from coveranything was granted less the return shipping charges. So much for peace of mind and customer satisfaction. I was told if you read the print on the return policy, customers pay for return shipping. It is not a lot of dollars ($18.33) but its the principle that they print this peace of mind garbage under the easy return section on their website but do not mentioned the shipping cost associated with the return in this area. Had this policy been in the same area as the easy returns then I would not of taken the risk on the order. This is not the type of company I care to do business with. I emailed several times asking for the return shipping credit but was denied. Roll the dice and take a chance just be aware that you will be responsible for return shipping and or restocking fees if you damage or dirty the cover per other reviews or if the cover just doesn't fit!

We just moved from a garage in Dallas/Ft. Worth to no garage in Nevada. I didn't need a waterproof cover - and they offered a solar cover! I bought two of them. They are super light weight, fit our Kymco scooters perfectly, and roll up easily into a ball to be stored under the seat. Very reasonable price, too!

I shave ordered 6 of these motorcycles covers, none of them lasted over one year, in the sun.
I have purchased 2 covers from Cover Anything for my Ford F-150 Crew Cab Pickup truck. The covers I purchased come with a 10 year warranty. That's not even close to the useful life of these covers for which I paid over $150 each. One lasted exactly 2 years and another 2 1/2 years before both dry rotted. I went through the warranty process and was given a significant discount on a new one, but really don't want to go through that process a 3rd time in another 2 years. Not impressed with their covers.

The overwhelming majority of our covers last beyond our warranty periods -- sometimes there are external factors that prematurely age the fabric based on your location (excessive sap, acid rain, etc). However, our warranty does provide for a complete replacement versus patches provided by other companies. My cover did not fit. I spoke with Summer twice and she was NO help at all. I also texted the help line and no one responded. Very very disappointing. I will never order anything from your company again and will speak to my friends as well...
Contacted them twice prior to ordering to make doubly sure the cover would fit my particular hull dimensions and was assured both times that it would. Upon receiving the cover, the installation went south quickly...it was obviously too narrow and too short even though my hull measurements fell within their advertised length and width. When I contacted customer service I was told..."sorry, that's the closest we have to your size. Send it back prepaid and we'll issue a credit depending on the received cleanliness and condition...minus shipping and a restocking fee." Totally unacceptable...I took it to a local top shop and they widened and lengthened it for less than the cost of return shipping and restocking and I now have a great cover. I have been, and will continue to be, most vocal of my displeasure with Coveranything...once they have your money they can care less about your problems (that they created)...tell you anything to get the sale and then you're on your own. Fool me once...shame on me...you won't fool me again...nor anyone else I can tell about the shabby way I was treated.
I initially purchased a cover that was supposedly a custom fit cover for my boat. The cover was significantly larger and fit very poorly (the material and quality was excellent). I requested a return via email with Allison. Was frustrated by the inability to actually speak to someone in person (phone). Returned cover and ordered another cover, with Allison's assistance, for twice the price of the first cover. Contacted Allison a week after cover was returned (verified by tracking) and she said she would process the refund. Amount refunded was $40 less than purchase price with no explanation. New cover is a bit large but is of good quality.
I ordered a "custom fit" cover from this company and not only did it arrive 4 weeks later than was promised, it showed up and did not fit and is unusable. When I reached out to the company it took over 2 weeks for them to get back to me only to tell me that they actually do not return or exchange covers even though it clearly states "guaranteed fit" all over their website. Their staff was rude and inconsiderate and continue to refuse help in any way. Now I am stuck with a worthless cover. Buyer beware! I do not recommend doing business with this company in any capacity.

The cover is a little too narrow in the middle of the cover. It does not fit below the bumper rail on both side of my triton sf 18.

Ordered the first cover it didn't fit right, called and sent the first cover back that went great. Then I ordered cover number two that went great. When I received my refund for the first cover it was only $173.19 not the full refund of $234.00. I called about the refund twice and no call back, so I emailed and still no email back. This is way the survey is not 5 stars across the board. Love the cover that fit's, but the customer repouse is bad in re-guards the refund. If so one would have called me back and explained why I would have understand but no responds not good.
Quality not what expected for the price. Bar for middle broke immediately with first rainfall.

Answer: Eric, our covers are safe to use on all boats! Our instructions state that colorfastness should be tested on new boats where the vinyl may still be off-gassing from the factory. Additionally, some cleaning compounds can cause reactions, so testing colorfastness is recommended prior to permanent use.
