One star is too much for this review.
I ordered a cover for my motorcycle, gave them the right measurements, even confirmed if this cover would fit my bike when i called and they assured it would fit. I receive the cover and it does Not fit my bike, its Too Small! I request a refund since its too small AND also its pretty bad quality, very thin... They send me a return label, i ship it back. About 1 week later i notice they did not fully refund my money. When i asked why i wasn't fully refunded, they said i was charged for the return shipping... WTH! You sold me something that does not Fit and confirmed it would fit prior to the purchase. I wish i would have read all these bad reviews prior to purchasing from this company. All the bad reviews are all very similar to my complaint, you would think a business would change their customer service negatives to positive to better service their customers. Put your money on better quality covers and a company that does not keep your money. Very Sketch business.

Although I ordered the website specified cover for my bike (2015 Triumph Thruxton), when I received the cover and installed it, it was apparent that it was much too tight and that the length was too short. Although it can be barely stretched on, it does not cover as far down as it should and the front and rear wheels are much more exposed than they should be. Since I was in the middle of a residential move out of state, I had no time to address that issue at that time.

So Far, So Good. Choosing cover was easy, support poles discounted. Good shopping experience. Delivery and product will dictate final review/opinion.

9/30/2020 Update:
Poles that were part of the original order did not ship with cover. Called customer service and was told they were shipping out that day but didn't ship for another day or two. But they arrived.

I would not recommend buying the poles. Besides the large top cap there is nothing good about the support poles. Connections between sections are weak and they fall apart/flex as soon as there is pressure put on the cover, worse if you don't have the pressure on the cover perfectly even in all directions. Fixed by putting a piece of solid pipe over the sections to provide lateral support.

I ordered a car cover using their software to get the correctly fitting cover. First thing it took forever to get here. Then due to poor manufacturing(China), it tore at the seams while putting it on for the first time. Apparently it was one size too small according to customer support when I called for returning it and a refund. They tried to upsell me a larger one. I was told they had to receive it back, evaluate it and only then would I get a refund. It took several weeks to get a refund while my returning it only took a few days. When I finally received a refund it was less than what I paid by almost $25. I was told by customer support that return shipping would be waived. Apparently not. I attempted more than 4 times by filling out their online form about the shortage on my refund with never getting a response. When I was finally able to get time to call, the customer rep had to review my purchase information and told me the difference would be credited. That took several days. In the end I finally was credited my full refund, just not all in one payment like I paid them. And not as quickly as I paid them. And my payment wasn't to be charged against my card until it shipped but was charged a week before it actually shipped out. Email response was pitiful however the support reps were patient and helpful. Do your due diligence on this company.
