I purchased a custom boat cover for my 23' deck boat and paid extra for it to cover the extended ski platform, it came in without the extra length I've called several times and never got through I'm emailing someone called Summer she told me after a month of run around about not being able to get info from boat manufacturer on the boat length that she will send me a piece of fabric and I can make my own and when I tell her that is unacceptable and I want to send it back she says it's not returnable since it's not a manufacturer defect, I paid over $500 for this cover and extra to cover the whole boat and not have to make my own cover
I would not buy from anyone that lies about their products and customer service they are the worst in all categories

We had the cover 1 month it had already ripped in two places. We reach out to get it replaced and...
Boat Cover did not fit below bump Rails (ie. Gunnies), covering just the top portion of the boat....
John, our pattern for your boat indicates that it does not cover extended swim platform. We do not have an option on our site to cover the platform. When you reached out to us we offered to send matching fabric to have the extension made at a local shop. You can call us at 888-854-5868 if you would like that extra fabric sent to you at no cost.
