I ordered my daughter a dress for a dance and it got here in less than a week. It's beautiful, she looks beautiful, and most importantly she had a huge smile on her face and absolutely loves it!

It takes a while to get my order processed but the shipping is very fast.
After ordering multiple dresses and returning them from other sites, I found the perfect dress for my daughter's homecoming. Shipping was prompt and the dress is even more beautiful in person. Will order again for another event.

Overall I think it's a great website to order your formal wear. The dress quality is great along with the customer service. My only complaint and the only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is when you need to exchange for a smaller or larger size, it's very difficult to near impossible.
I really love the selection and that they have a return policy which most dress shops dont have. I placed an order and it said the item would not be delivered until January 2025. However, he next day I tried to change it to a size 8 and they told me I could not. Now I had to pay for shipping going back. Why couldn't they have called Jovani before they sent it out?
I wanted to change my size within 24 hours of my order and I was told I couldnt

I am 5' 11", 180 lbs. I ordered a Large as I wear a size 12 in dresses. Unfortunately, it was a little small. An XL would have fit perfectly. The online ordering was very easy, and I received my order within 1 week!
The customer service has been top notch! Although I wasn't able to fully resolve my issue due to policies stated on their website, I have had a pleasant experience with the company.
The ordering process was easy and very quick. The packaging was well done. The dress did not work for my event needs, so needed to return. The return process is quite ridiculous to say the least. Pictures needed of the dress front/back, in addition to the box with label, in addition to a receipt of shipment all need emailed to customer service. It's time consuming and seems unnecessary. The follow up emails are also allot.
Returned merchandise not received in 5 days pay a 20% restocking penalty. I live in Indiana and it would cost me $150 to air freight the merchandise to guarantee I met this deadline. Several photos are also required. I will not use Couture Candy in the future.
