Tried contacting seller but no response. Very bad experience. If there was a way to communicate and express my feelings I could have done.
I no sooner sent in my review and I got an immediate e-mail letting me know that the manufacturer was contacted and the part I need is on the way. I hate writing negative reviews so I wanted update to say that the customer service has been great regarding this issue. So refreshing to see a company try to get it right.
We ordered a cart and needed to put it to use right away. One of the nuts did not thread properly. I let customer service know about the issue. They stated there was no replacement and I did not have any luck at the local hardware store either. They requested that I take a picture of the issue but the cart was already assembled and full so I didn't follow up. I was just disappointed to put the whole thing together and have a loose, improperly fitting bolt/nut combo on the one wheel.
I love the rocking chairs they are at the perfect height and very comfortable. The complete set with the table looks great in my patio.

The set I received was too small for me I notified Costway to return, they sent me a label and I sent back. I have never received my refund and they will not answer my email. I even sent them s certified letter which they would not except
Do not buy this! The cushions are terrible they already ripped and I have had it for about a month. Everything about this is cheap
UPDATE: After sending photos of the ice machine, in 24 hours they submitted a FULL REFUND without the pain of shipping the ice machine back! VERY IMPRESSED with how this was handled! <<
Poorly made tattoo chair! Screws did not fit and the make is very cheap. Customer service was the worst and told me they couldnt help me and to fix it locally. I do NOT recommend this store or product to any business owner.

The chair we ordered is the perfect size for a smaller space, and the foot rest rises to the height needed for health purposes. The fabric color was a little darker than expected but still a good neutral. It's exactly what we needed.
