I ordered a product 11/20/2020 on 11/30/2020 I got an email stating my product had been shipped and is on it's way via Fed ex. Fed ex state they've never picked up a package and are wait for notification to pick it up. They have however printed a label. I called Costway Friday 12/******* since my package still isn't at Fed ex sat on hold for over an hour. Was told my package was picked up by Fed ex and is sitting on a truck waiting to be scanned. REALLY 5 days on a truck waiting to be scanned? I sent an email to Costway on Dec 4th asking where my package was. I was contacted on 12/6 220 via email to inform me my package was never sent. They did however take the money out of my account on 11/29/2020. I have since canceled my order. All the excuses in the world don't make up for lying or poor customer service
Broken item. Contacted to get replacement or refund. 2 responses of giving me a monetary discount. Would be fine if the item wasnt broken. Still waiting for my replacement. Hope you resolve this costway.
Ordered an entertainment center and none of the holes were predrilled like they should have been. Instead there were tiny dots where the holes should have been. They also only including LEFT rails for the drawers and told me to go buy the right ones at Home Depot! This company sucks, I would give ZERO stars if possible.
I ordered a bassinet and my item said it was delivered to my house, never was, a week later they still couldn't figure out where it was delivered to. Worst experience of my life!
I told them while site said in process I let them know I never approved the charge yet they refused to refund my money to my bank so they stole my money as far as I'm Concerned! They allowed someone to get the order offered me to pay 17.00 to reroute the item then never responded to my request to do so...
Don't hesitate purchasing from these guys. Very good quality stuff. I'd say it's close to industrial grade. A+Customer Service.
I ordered a Christmas tree, it came broken missing branches. I emailed the company, I had to send pictures. I have been emailing them every day and I have not heard from them. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not order from this company.

Ordered a pub table... it never arrived to my address, even though FedEx (Costway's shipper) said it was delivered. FedEx claimed it was delivered to wrong address because Costway put the wrong address on the shipping label and FedEx has no idea where it was delivered to (?)... yeah, whatever.
Contacted Costway customer service via email and they shipped me a replacement order 2 weeks later.
Table arrived, but it is DEFECTIVE. The tabletop cannot be attached to the metal frame and legs because the screw holes in the tabletop (which is supposed to be mounted atop the metal frame/legs) do not line up with the screw holes in the frame.
So, it's a worthless piece of garbage unless I drill new holes in the tabletop and properly install threaded insert nuts, so the screws won't crack the tabletop or loosen. Why should I pay Costway for one of their products and then have to fix it in order for it to even be used. I mean, how do you "screw" up a table?
First off product is cheaply made. We put it together and from the beginning I thought it was going to fall apart. The bassinet tilts towards one side. I am scared for my new born to sleep in it. Second my baby spit up on the mattress cover, so I took it off and washed it. The cover came completely apart at the seams. There is no way to fix it. Thirdly due to buying it way in advance of my babies arrival I'm out of warranty and can't return it. Fourth issue I have is with Costway the company that sells cheap foreign products through Walmart. I will never buy anything from them again. Their customer service is extremely rude and insulting. All I did was ask for manufacturing contact information so I could order/Pay/buy a new cover. Costway's response was "due to being out of warranty and I needed to take the loss". I get that I am out of their warranty time frame but from someone that has worked retail their whole life I felt like they could have been more polite. I now have learned I don't want to buy from companies that won't give manufacturers contact information. There is something suspicious about that. Normally when you are out of warranty with the retail company that you bought your product from, you can contact manufacturer and get some kind of assistance with replacement parts. All I want is to buy a replacement cover. I have tried looking on line for a cover but nothing fits. The mattress on this bassinet is bigger then normal bassinets and a different shape then the standard bassinet. The mattress itself is foam so without a cover to protect it, it to will get ruined. I also feel that with out a cover it is now a safety issue. I spent around $140 on this product and I couldn't even use it. I sense a recall soon due to this product all around being cheap and dangerous. I'm extremely disappointed in Walmart for allowing a company like Costway to do business on their site. I'm also disappointed in Baby Joy for creating cheap baby products that are dangerous.
I send the product back. I got proof that they recieve it. I asked for my money back and being more than a month and I never get it back. Bye to this people lose your money literally...
I purchased this lovely looking 15 function machine and it arrived without instructions on how to use the appliance. There's no instruction manual, recipe booklet, or measuring cup or spoon that was to be included. By email, I'm told to print out 35 plus pages on my printer using my ink instead of the company responsibly applying credibility to their product. I'm supposed to pay for ink as well as paper after spending $117.00! It's going to be mailed back to corporate office at ******* Poplar Ave., building C, Fontana, CA ******* at my cost due to their laziness. For information, their phone number is *******200. Never again!
It was purchased off of Walmart.com and they won't take the return due to a 3rd party vender. Never again with them... also.
Ordered a treadmill from them and it was delivered damaged. Sent them a picture of the damage and requested a return label. Since then they have been giving me the run around... having different people answer my emails and not sending me a return label. Buyer beware, they won't honor their return policy even when they send you a damaged product
Having sent faulty goods back £400 approx at my cost and having provided them proof of delivery not only via a pod but coordinate tracking and an email on letter head from the couriers so I have 100% proof the goods were delivered they still refuse to pay my refund 51 email approx later I am now taking them to county court, it will initially cost me £200 but as I have 100% proof the goods were delivered to them they will end up paying the costs as well as my refund

After getting nothing but hot air. I contacted Walmart for return. Costway keeps wanting me to do troubleshooting. I knew they were wanting to stall me. I'm contacting bank to reverse charges. Nothing but plastic pieces and blower. My floor fan works better. Walmart is responsible and Walmart was paid. Don't order any of their crap.
Last week I ordered a 9ft flocked artificial Christmas tree. Upon receipt of the tree just looking at the box alone I knew that this tree had been either used or returned... once we opened the box BINGO the bag in which the instructions had once been in was totally empty and no instructions to be found anywhere in the box. The way that the tree was placed in the box totally looked as though it had been used and or returned... it annoys me that this company would take my money and ship this to me as though it were brand new. I'll give one star because the tree if it were brand new looks as though it would be of good quality
I ordered for first time on Costway.com one toy car for my grandson for his first birthday but i disappointed with my first order.
There are lots of scratches on that toy car and some of place it was over paint and peaches.

I ordered outdoor furniture from them and the quality was extremely poor. The screw holes did not lineup and the material was coming off. I have sent several emails asking for my refund and they keep coming back offering me a discount when their product is not even usable.

2-5 business days claimed for shipping took 8 days to come 500 miles, ordered patio sectional fedex lost it for a couple days, then it turned back up when I finally got it the box was damaged and taped back together, un-packed looked at each piece looked ok, then it dawned on me they was no hardware in box, e-mailed customer service again and was told they would ship the hardware right out well today is the 7th day since contact and still no hardware, will never buy anything again from this company best thing they could do is go out of business
