Do not buy from these people! Been waiting a month for my order! First they said March 29 so I had my autistic daughter stay home for 10hrs and it never came then they said April 7 still nothing! They blame the weather LMAO REALLY? Not stupid! Never again!
I ordered a children's table and chair set that arrived in the time frame stated and in perfect conditions. I have had no problems with Costway.

It was missing a bag of dowels, contacted customer service per the instructions, horrible customer service/ eventually no response. I had to go to Home Depot and purchased dowels to complete it. Also the set was poor quality, poor construction,/ joints. We will not purchase Costway products in the future.
My wife ordered end tables that just came today. One of the pieces is broken and glued together. Cheap particle board only came with Spanish instructions.
Received a patio umbrella and stand. One piece missing, the cap that keeps the sand in the base. Could not be used without that piece. The shipping information said to call Costway for missing or broken parts. Called the number on the shipping label. On hold for 55 minutes. Lady comes on the phone and wanted the tracking number. When I gave it to her she said, "Oh, you bought that from Wayfair. You need to call them." Wayfair's email says they will send the missing part but it will take 24 days to get to us. An unusable umbrella and base will sit in the living room for three and a half weeks. Why would anyone want that type of service?
I ordered a massaging gaming chair back in the beginning of December it told me my order was successful and I haven't still yet I hear anything about it or receive the order and I paid almost $200 for the chair
I ordered a 500 treadmill from the site and they charged my credit card but never sent tracking information. When I contacted them multiple times for answers they said my order was refused. My credit card company approved the transaction. They never gave me a reason why it was refused. I had to report the transaction as fraudulent with my credit card company and they backed me up. Don't order from this company. I don't think the store is real. Like many online stores if you aren't familiar you could get scammed. That happened to me. Everything looks legit but they never gave me a reason my order was canceled or refused.
I would not recommend purchasing any products from Costway based on my experience. We were gifted a motorcycle power wheel for my son as a Christmas present. A critical piece, the front fork, which is a steel piece designed to keep the front wheel and steerign column stable and connected, arrived bent beyond repair. I have spent the last three weeks trying to reach a resolution. Costway has sent the wrong replacement part and is now stating the part is on back order due to the Chinese New Year. They are offering a $20 refund and an endless wait on a replacement part. The customer service response time has been longer than promised on their "Guarantee" and they have even changed the language on their website when I used their words to demonstrate how they are not meeting their own expectations. They continue to offer the power wheel for sale on the website but somehow can't get me the replacement part for the already purchased product. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and encourage you to spend your money elsewhere.
I bought the Costway air cooler in June 2020. A complete waste of money. The customer service at Costway & Morealis (where I bought it) is absolutely AWFUL. The filter has hard white stuff growing on it, and I can not get it off. I wanted to BUY a new filter. I got the run around on who can help me, and after weeks I finally got a response from Rachel, that says I am sorry your product is out of warranty we won't be able to help with this issue. So after spending around $200 it's going in the trash where it belongs! I only had it around 7 months. I do not recommend either company to purchase from, and definitely do NOT buy the Costway air cooler, it's cheaply made, very hard to clean, and doesn't even work. Also you apparently can not buy a new filter once that one is damaged.
I see that several reviewers experienced the same problems that I did. They will take your money and then print a shipping label to make it appear as though your purchase is shipping and you will receive your purchase timely. Then they will leave your package sitting for several days or longer before actually shipping. This was my first and last purchase from this company. Their customer service is little to no service, except to mislead the customer.
I ordered a 20-panel baby play yard. Not all of the pieces arrived. There is a missing knob that is supposed to hold the basketball hoop to one of the panels. This company did not send the knob. So I cannot attach the basketball hoop. I reached out to the company's customer service, but they haven't replied to me at all. So, I sent a second email to the customer service, but still no reply. Inside the manual, there is a request by the company for its customers to please contact their customer service with any questions and concerns. Whatever. They must not have any customer service because nobody there seems to have any regard for customers who want all of the pieces that they pay for. I'm disappointed and would not order from them again. I do not recommend this company.
Customer service was horrible... waited on phone for 2 hours and nobody did answer. I ordered the Ionized filter less humidifier on 10/26/20. Received and used until January 17 when it stopped working. Changed the battery in the remote control read all directions and still does not work. I did like it but you cannot reach anyone of the dodging customer service representatives. I am going to report.
We purchased the pine wine rack for a spot under our kitchen island. It was just as described. It was perfectly machined and assembly was a snap. Very satisfied.
Do not order from Costway (or from GoPlus, its the same bad company). The customer service is some if the worst i have ever experienced. The company lies to you about shipping products. They print the labels right after you order but they dont actually ship it out (probably dont have it in stock or they are shipping straight from china or something). They make excuses about the holidays and blame the shipping companies. I did a lost package investigation with UPS which they could have initiated when the delivery supposedly got "lost". I am sure they didn't because they knew they never sent it.
Then all they do is make excuses and complain about their cost to resend and want to take weeks more. They didnt offer to expedite shipping or fix anything. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE company, save the trouble and dont buy anything from them, its not worth the headache.
I bought something Dec 12, delivery was to be the Dec 18th. Never got it, still wasn't shipped by Jan 2nd and told they would send out and might be there 15 days later, but no guarantee. Only order a christmas present from them like 6 months in advance.
Fist emails with them i was lied to and told product was alreay shipped (this was the 18th) then told shipped on the 21st, then nothing. Always asked to "be patient" and that UPS would update their system and show it shipped in a couple days. Always just wait a couple days, or offers to cancel my order. I wanted what i ordered, just wanted it on time for the christmas present it was.

I made a purchase 12/13/2020 was suppose to be delivered 12/24/2020 never recieved it until 12/28/2020. Asked for a partial refund before getting the package. Once I recieved the package, it had marks all over it along with big clumps of VISIBLE GLUE! I have been writing this company emails for the past week and no one has responded I WAS informed I could get some refund for the delayed delivery $15 I have been given the run around nad been lied too. Worst customer service ever! Ordered a toy car for my son dec3. They created a fedex label and told me it was picked up by fedex. Lies! They didn't have fedex pick up the package until dec 23 two days before christmas. Only reason they did is because i filed a complaint with bbb and the next day the finally shipped it. No update on shipping for an item bought 3 weeks ago. They provide an estimated delivery date only to update with a delayed date. Customer service takes more than 24 hours to reply and while they cannot provide a guaranteed delivery date they nonchalantly ask you to cancel the order if you cannot wait for it. All this even before the item is even shipped. God knows how customer service is post sales
I ordered my granddaughter a car for Christmas with the expectation that she would receive it by then. They created a label for fed ex however after a week of tracking the package I realized that it had not even moved from the place of the original tracking. Then when I reached out to the company all she could tell me was that they were having shipping delays but I had ordered from several other places well after I order from them and have already received my order. After reading these reviews I guess I dodged a bullet. Still haven't heard anything regarding my refund
I ordered a baby play area and it never shipped in their 2-5 day shipping policy. 10 days later I wrote emails and they responded telling me to cancel my order. I've never worked with a company who tells people to cancel their order. Horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend them.
They knowingly sell broken products and no way to return it other than out of pocket I'm out nearly $100 in return shipping for broken damaged products they sold to me no option for return to sender due to contactless delivery it's the worst company to deal with zero customer service I hope anyone thinking of shopping here reads this and shops elsewhere not worth the head ache and loss- reported with PayPal I'll stop using PayPal as wel if they don't stop business with just a morally corrupt company
