Ordered a part. Have not received any information on the item, tracking number, confirmation email, and can't log on to the "account" I created when I ordered. I have called twice and get a call center in India. You here everyone giving the same response. I can't give you any updates as I have no information, I'll submit an email to blah, blah, blah. What's the point of customer support, it they can't support the customer?! Will not order from them ever again!
The website is good to browse, they have more part selection than most. Shipping is ok and prices are pretty good.
We're restoring a vette and weren't sure what the best panel would be since there were different options. Called sales and they helped us get the right one. Decent shipping too.
Once you pay, they don't care about you. Received half of what I ordered. Sent an email to their Sales and to their Service departments with no response. I will not buy from them again. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY!
I ordered custom carbon fiber for my c7 z-51 engine bay and it came out great. Will order more soon.
My ex used my email address to order from them about 5 years ago. I have unsubscribed at least 5 times and even called them twice asking to be removed from their email list. Recieved 2 sales emails from them just this week. Thanks for the very irritating regular reminder of a bad time in my life.
I bought a new steering wheel for my c6 and after 5 weeks of no tracking information and no package delivered I started calling them and all I got was some rude call center guy telling me shipping department will send me an email within 24hr, got the same answer three different times and no email no information and no support from these people. I had to file a PayPal dispute to et my money back. STAY AWAY.
Everything ordered here is what I expected. Good quality especially on the custom parts. Will be ordering more.
I had to call about a getting new door panels and the sales guy was able to get the exact right ones picked out for me
I orderd a st of fuel injectors, they are about the size of sparkplugs, so the box is very small, they wanted $40 to ship to hawaii AND to take 12 days! They are obviously going to put it on the slow boat instead of air shipping. I can send a package that small in 3 days for that kind of money. What a joke. Well i cacelled the order right away.and now im getting the runaround trying to get my $190 back. They love taking your money quick but dont like giving it back.
Needed a painted part for my C6, very happy with the paint and clear coat job. It was a bit cheaper and easier to order one already painted from here than it was to order a new one and bring it to a local shop. I think it took less time too overall between getting an unpainted part in and waiting on a shop. Not my first order here and won't be the last.
You will be totally disappointed if you order from them. They will not talk to you they use a service to answer phones. They don't call only send emails. My suggestion if you are as stupid as me and purchase from them call the BBB at least they can get in touch with them. Or put a stop payment on the purchase I bet then they will call you.
Updating my review of Corvette Mods. I filed a complaint with the BBB. The BBB contacted Corvette Mods and quickly resolved the issue. I didn't receive an in store credit, but received a better outcome of a full refund to my credit card from Corvette Mods. The refund came promptly within a couple days of contact by the BBB. I'm raising my Corvette Mods rating to a 2 since I did receive a refund. If I was rating the BBB of Texas, they would get a 5 excellent.
Purchased a jacket, which I received in a reasonable amount of time. It didn't fit so requested a return. This is where dealing with Corvette Mods has become a terrible experience. A simple return has become a 10 week nightmare, where I still have not received a credit. Before you can request a return you have to open an account on there returns web page and request a return there. If you don't return an item in a specific time frame they will only offer a store credit. I was past the time for the full credit so two weeks after my full credit request I received a rejection notice, I was required to submit another request for store credit. Another week passed, then I received approval to return the item. I sent it back immediately, Corvette Mods signed for the return February 22. It's now 8 weeks later, no credit. I have called their customer service several times, and have emailed them, but still no credit. I filed a complaint with the BBB, maybe they can get some results. Unfortunately if I do receive the in store credit, I'll have to buy from them again, but it will be the last time I ever buy from Corvette Mods.
I've ordered from CorvetteMods twice now to add carbon fiber to my 2016 Stingray. Front splitter & skirts. It all looks great and I'm looking forward to adding some carbon inside as well.
I recently bought a spoiler from this company. When it showed up it was missing hardware, had scratches and the carbon fiber weave was screwed up. I filed for a return the same day I got the part. I've called sent them pictures and emails. It's been a week and I'm getting nowhere. I will be filling a formal complaint against this company and a credit card dispute. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.
I bought a sun visor for my well cared for Show Car Corvette. Only used it 3 times in 3 months, when the cover over the mirror broke off, bounced off the window and hit me in the shoulder. I requested an exchange. Their return policy is only 30 days and I get that, but it is a show car and hardly gets used. The last one I bought from Eckler's lasted 9 years; stick with a vendor you have had success with. Bottom line is the part is a piece of junk; very disappointed.
I've always had a good experience ordering from corvette mods, never needed to return anything, the sales guys were always helpful with ordering what I need.
Like most others on this complaint site... ordered part. Cancelled order. They shipped it anyway. Got authorization for return. Will not reimburse me. Several calls to customer service. All promised resolution. Never refunded money. Filed a credit card dispute today. STAY AWAY.
I ordered a part from them, after 6 weeks they said it ws on back order. Cancelled the order and still did not recieve refund. Reported them to pay pal and now they flat out refuse to deal with me. Still have not got my 2500 dollars back. Very bad service do not deal with them.
