I ordered a Borgenson PS box kit for my Corvette. It came with box damage I called Corvettemods talk to all Indians hard to understand. They said the contacted Borgenson to resolve matter. One week past I called Borgenson said they never heard of Corvettemods and no one from there contacted them. Corvettemods said they dropped shipped from them and Borgenson said No they did not. These guys are thieves. If your lucky and no problems with the order than you might be happy. But my box broke open in shipping and Corvettemods laughed and hung up on me. Now I am left to buy $300 more parts that were supposed to come with the kit but fell out. True Scumbags just frustrating me with broken English and lies.

I ordered a headlight switch for my 1977 Chevy corvette and they sent me the wrong one, I tried returning it and they give me the run around, it's been 1 month and this scam of a company keeps issuing excuses about how there "claims" department will get back to me but they never do. I emailed them and they rejected my return request. So I sent my part back without there return request I paid for my return and they got the part and never ever return me my money. I am out 45$ plus my 7$ shipping fee. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!

I'm giving them a one only because I have to. However, I will NEVER be ordering anything from Corvette Mods again. First of all, it took a month to receive my package. Every time I called them to ask for an update they couldn't tell me anything other than "I'll have to look into it and get back with you."
Fast forward to receiving my delivery. It was BROKEN. Not just once but twice! We sent it back and told them we would like a refund, and they made it seem like that wouldn't be a problem at all. As soon as they received the product back that story changed. We told them we no longer wanted the part numerous times, and they sent me an email stating they were sending me a new one. I made it abundantly clear AGAIN that I just wanted MY money back. If I had just decided to return it I would understand, but it arrived damaged! So now they are trying to tell me they will give me store credit instead, and as I previously stated I don't want a single product from this company ever again. I am literally having to threaten a lawsuit against these people! This has been going on for almost FIVE months.
They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. They only give you solutions that allow them to keep your money. Do yourself a favor and don't ever buy from these people. They are crooks and they have horrible values! If you ever have an issue with them they will not fix it. They'll only screw you over more! Take your money somewhere else!

What a mistake picking Corvette Mods to buy my C7 curb alert. Pick one of the other competent alternatives for your Corvette needs so that you don't have to tolerate what I went through below.

The product was ordered online on Thursday. I waited until Tuesday simply to get a status report. That is apparently not possible with their "customer service" option during business hours. The responding person informed me that they were actually only an "answering service". Sending e-mails and waiting 24 to 48 hours was the best that they could do. Unfortunately, no one in "shipping" would respond by Thursday and so Friday I just called to cancel the order. Of course, an e-mail arrived 5 hours later that the product had already shipped and so could not be cancelled.

After an exasperating week of complete ineptitude by Corvette Mods representatives, here is what ultimately played out:

1. The Curb Alert system arrived on Saturday. The paperwork indicated a ship date of Tuesday, and probably by the original BrandMotion manufacturer. Corvette Mods had no idea what was happening in the process after they immediately took my money the night of the order.

2. The pictures on the Corvette Mod web site were absolutely NOT what were sent to me. There was effectively no product installation assistance by Corvette Mods and the wire harness picture was clearly from some other product.

In the end, I should have purchased the same C7 curb alert from Eklers Corvette (fantastic installation video and installation. Pdf), or even Amazon. They are all selling the same thing.

Do yourself a favor. Do not patronize Corvette Mods unless it is your ONLY option!

Stay far away from this company. Ordered an oil pan. Took 2 weeks to get it. It was shipped out of Michigan to their place in Texas to ship it to me in Ohio. They sent the wrong pan. Had to get approval for the return, took a week. Then they had I believe intentionally confusing return directions. I had to pay to ship it back which is understandable, however, it was their mistake and I'm being penalized. Another week goes by and USPS tracking shows it was delivered, 10 days later I had to call to see where my refund was and they had to "create" a ticket and send it to a different department for review. Almost 2 months after ordering the pan I got a partial refund where they kept a large portion of the total cost for their shipping costs. Unbelievable!

Ordered two items from Corvette Mods; a luggage rack and a tilt/steering column. Luggage rack arrive with in a couple of weeks, the tilt/steering column took over two months to arrive. Once all the parts had arrived I made my appointment with my installation mechanic. That took a couple of weeks. Sadly, once installation began it became apparent that the luggage rack had no installation template while the steering column did not include necessary installation parts (u-joint and a rag joint). Cost over $300.00 in additional parts and labor to install the two products. Corvette Mods response: since it was past 72 hours of receipt of the parts they were no longer liable. Customer service returned only 50% of my calls and even then they were not returned within 48 hours - who takes 48 hours to return a call? I will never use this business again. Be forewarned.

ZERO STARS. Since May 3rd I have been trying to return a set of Z06 floor mats that are defective and of horrible quality. I completed the RMA worksheet on May 3rd and have been trying ever since to get an RMA to return them. This includes emails and phone calls to your customer service department whom I can barely understand (horrible English) and who has little or no clue how to handle returns. Their tactic is to NEVER refund my money via a process of dragging the RMA process out and making it so miserable that I will just give up. THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER. I won't let them win... I am turning my attorney loose on them.
