The blender finally arrived. My wife wanted a blue one for quite some time. Other retailers were not able to get a blue one but you did. It took you some time to get it but that's ok Happy with results.
Delivery service is un acceptable. I contacted them and I got a ticket. They mentioned that the delay was due to the Covid. Bull$#*!. Two days after I ordered something from their companies, the other companies sent my order for delivery from Post Canada. I was not aware of the reviews of the other customers complaining of the services they received but I learnt from my experience. I will never order from this company in the future.
It took a while for the package to be shipped and arrive, but I understand that Covid got in the way. It was well packaged, which was important as it was breakable. Happy with the purchase... thank you.
I never purchase anything online. This was my first experience in ordering something online. I must stay you guys were awesome and although due to Covid19 I couldn't speak to someone in person, your response online was prompt and very helpful. Thank you so much

I asked for a refund after they told me that they were waiting for product. They said no refund as the order was in shipping'. LIE. I again asked for a refund as they did not have the product to ship. They said no. I asked them to call me and they said no.

Ordered a Zavor Lux LCD multicooker on November 23 2019, after one week item had not shipped contacted store by e-mail, was told they were waiting on a shipment to arrive next week. Next week has come and gone, still not shipped yet! E-mailed the store again asking for a refund, now they are not answering my e-mails! Two weeks and one day later, item has still not shipped! Do not purchase anything from this store!
Prior to placing my order, I emailed their Customer service and asked when the delivery date would be. They told me mid-July, so I placed my order on July 6th. It took 2.5 months and I emailed them at least 5 times to enquire about my order. They keep saying there is a backorder and giving me false dates and expectations. When I request a refund and to cancel the order after 2.5 months, they "backorder" no longer was a problem. They shipped my order within a day, however, I had already bought my frying pan elsewhere! Now I am stuck with 2 frying pans. I emailed their *******@cookstore.ca for a Return Authorization number and they simply ignored my request. Geez, this is the first and last time I will deal with this company!
We purchased a Final Touch 6 bottle liquor dispenser from them on Aug 31st, and the item hasn't even shipped yet. We've written several emails and the representative who keeps replying (Anna B) keeps telling us that we will be receiving it the following week. Seems like that's their go to response even though they have no clue when you'll be receiving it. All they do is ask us if we would like to cancel our order, instead of asking how they can remedy the situation. We try and support Canadian companies, which is why we purchased the item through them, but next time I'll stick with Amazon. Clearly we aren't the only customers who've had an experience like this since I've read multiple reviews and this comment seems to be everywhere (except on their website but I wouldn't trust those reviews. Not worth the headache!

Review by Anonymous UserI did my order (Victorinox Workchamp) 7 seven weeks ago, since the website information says the shipping will happen between 2 to 4 weeks.
The knife was a gift for my brother, and I ordered early exactly to avoid to not receive before my trip to see him.
Unfortunately, I going to my trip without my order, due the Cook Store's incompetence to do what they promise.
Plus, I just saw in the website the knife still available there with the same advertisement (2 to 4 weeks for shipping), but they DON'T have it at stock?
I will never recommend the Cook Store! The worst store ever.
P. s I tried to contact them many times to solve the delay in my order, and finally I decided to cancel it.
Either these guys are hampered by covid, or are ripoff artists. Paid 1300 buck 4 weeks ago, havent heard a thing since, zero response from my mulitiple inquiries regarding the status of the paid for products. Stop ripping off people if you cant give me what I paid for. Stop taking orders for gods sake.
Machine arrived when promised, Cookstore staff were very attentive and knew their stuff. Machine works as described, delivering great lattes and machiatos. Will certainly visit Cookstore again if I need any kithen item sin the future.
We originally ordered a Zwiiling kettle from Cookstore. When they learned it was not available they recommended a Kitchen Aid kettle. It was a great choice and the Cookstore shipped it the same day we agreed on their substitute. It arrived in a few days and was packaged perfectly. We will definitely buy from Cookstore again as they were very good in all aspects of our purchase.
I put in two separate orders on the same day back in June. Given these crazy times my orders were slow in coming so I was in contact with the Cook Store a number of times. The products were also on backorder so I made a change to one order. What eventually arrived wasn't quite right so I emailed again and got it rectified. Each email response was quick, polite and very professional. Thanks for all your help in making it right.
Well Hello, Here goes The customer service was really good, though was a long wait to get the product. Given the Covid problems it seems my long wait was justifiable. I was happy not to buy from Amazon and got to support a Canadian company. Keep up the good work. Stanley
I ordered an All American Pressure cooker on June 2,2020. On June 5 I revived an email which stated that the product was expected to ship in 3-6 business days. On June 12 i received an email which stated that the product was delayed further and no deliver estimate was given. At this point I emailed CookStore to let them know I was disappointed because I assumed that the product was in stock when I purchased it. I also asked if they had any other models in stock that I could receive sooner but they said it would take longer to redo the order. On June 15 I received a reply which stated that they are waiting on a shipment from a suppler and I would take another 2-9 business days. Today, July 2,2020 I received an email which stated that I had to either have my order refunded or find a substitute. My first and last shopping experience on this website.

Answer: I am one of those who hates supporting the world wide behemoth online store so randomly bought from this Canadian company. The item I bought was not available in any local retail stores which is still my preference for shopping.(Victorinox - Blue 8" Fibrox Pro Straight Blade Chef Knife). I placed the order, had the confirmation email shortly, item shipped as expected and I had it in a few days. I'd use them again.
