Item arrived in a smashed, torn box. Terrible packing job: they just stuck the box in a thin envelope without even any padding. Even though I called and waited half an hour to speak to Customer Service, they still insisted that I pay a 25% restocking fee, plus an extra $6.95 for postage! Also, I clicked on the item I wanted, but a slightly different item popped up. I did not notice the error until after I received the order. They took no responsibility for the glitch on their website.
I purchased a pair of compression socks at the advice of my PT. I was unable to get them on due to too tight of a compression and the arthritis in my hands. I was told I could not return them due to I had "tried'
Them on. I agreed to an exchange but had to pay my own shipping to return the original socks and also shipping for the item I was exchanging them for. This amounted to an additional $15 cost to me. Please be aware of this policy before ordering item from this site.
I just got a message from my doctor, a vascular surgeon, to replace my thigh-high compression stockings every 6 months. Because of the way your company conducts business I will be buying my stockings from anyone else except your company. Your greed cost you my business and everyone else I can talk to about it. You should not tell your customers that one of two (2) things happens when returning a product. Never tell them them they either get a store credit, or, you charge a 25% restocking fee.
Please, please, PLEASE, I beg you, before you order from this company, take the time to read some of the 1 star reviews. I don't care what their over-all rating is, 1000+ unhappy customers is A LOT of unhappy customers no matter how you slice it. I won't bore you with the messy details, just suffice it to say their return policy (make sure you read it CAREFULLY) is written in stone and NO exceptions are made. Once they get your money there is NO getting it back, and they gouge you unbelievably on shipping fees if an exchange is made. Also read EVERY LAST WORD on your order page BEFORE you hit send as there is all kinds of fine print they love to fall back on whenever you try to reason with them. Trust me, it's not worth saving a couple bucks on your order! Use some other more reputable company. YOU"VE BEEN WARNED.

I ordered Jobst stockings on 6/29/21 11AM CT and paid $9.95 for Express Saver shipping, Fed Ex or UPS (2-4 days) Cut off time was 2PM CT. Last day of arrival should have been 7/4. No tracking number until I requested it on 7/3. Arrival was by USPS (no delivery on weekends or holidays) not Fed EX or UPS, on 7/6.8 Days! I said that I could have used free shipping (7-10 days) Refund for shipping was denied by a very curt customer service agent, who said, that then, I probably would not have received my order by 7/6 either..
Purchases stockings from this company and they were too small. Called customer service who were unable to credit or exchange with a photo, When sent they said that is not a defective item, (too short)
Its open toe construction! I will never order from this company again and dont recommend Jobst stockings.

Do Not purchase from this site. UNFAIR AND AMBIGUOUS RETURN PRACTICES!. Just rec'd the product today, April 20,2021 and never tried on the product. I needed to check the item for thickness as I live in Florida. Opened the self closing plastic bag to check for thickness. Too thick. Immediately called customer service to report the problem. They were very nasty and refused to refund my money as per their refund policy. Offered me either exchange or store credit. This is unacceptable. I spent $146 - $8 + for extra postage to receive the item quickly. DISPUTING ON MY CREDIT CARD AND CALLING ATTORNEY GENERAL AS WELL AS BBB.
Paid for rush shipping; compression stockings got delivered 5 days late. Surgery is already scary enough, but to have something required to keep you from having a stroke during and after surgery to not even arrive... This company has no right doing business as they do not have any customer service skills. No apologies, no way of feeling empathetic, no solution. I would expect for them to update their delivery windows to reflect that actual delivery schedule or start providing refunds. I hope this company goes out of business!

This merchant refuses to refund returns of UNUSED UNOPENED merchandise. Only store credits are offered. Once they have your $ they keep it. They create the impression that refunds are possible in the first few sentences of their return policy. But if you look really hard at the small print at the bottom of the 500 word return policy you might see this non-sensical policy referenced.
Placed an order and received confirmation email. 20 min later received another email saying order was cancelled without explanation. Went back and saw they raised the price on the item. Customer service says have to purchase the item at the new price. Dishonest!
Make sure if you order from them & you don't want to get taken to the cleaners with S&H charges that you obtain the item you want the first time. Not only are their prices high to begin with but they'll charge you S&H yet again on a return item after you've already spent a small fortune yourself to get the item back to them. On the second item you'll have about a third of the original cost invested in S&H charges.
This company is fraudulent. They made a mistake processing my order and refused to correct it despite calling their customer service and chatting with a manager. The order screen showed that the order quantity I selected was 2 and that because of this I qualified for free shipping. This was after I had successfully updated the quantity from 1 to 2 and watched the screen refresh and change the total and change the shipping from 3.95 for FREE. So I selected the Paypal option to pay for the order. Instead of processing the order as displayed on the screen, it processed the order for the amount before the update and charged me shipping. They were closed at the time I placed the order so I called customer service the following day. I was told there was nothing they could do and refused to refund shipping! They even accused me of incorrectly placing the order! I saw the screen update before my eyes. They were very insulting and even told me that if I disputed the transaction they would "win" and charge me 35 dollars more! This violates all of the consumer laws protecting customers from fraud.

My order arrived on Friday 2/5,7 DAYS from when I placed my order AND paid for 2 DAY AIR EXPRESS! I opened the package and CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT I WAS DELIVERED:
1. Hose not even in FUTURO packaging, just a plastic baggie
2. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A FUTURO LABEL on the inside of the pantyhose NOR SIZE
3. What you have sent me is a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STYLE OF A KNOCKOFF BRAND, COMPLETE DIFFERENT COLOR, and COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SIZE AND LENGTH than Futuro 20-30 size small compression stockings! I should know, I only purchase Futuro pantyhose and have wore them for 15 years, 7 days a week!

Ordered Juzo black compression stockings on 12/31/20. Received beige on 1/18/21. Incorrect shipment. Called to return on 1/28/21. Received email saying return denied because we didn't contact within 30 days. Was within 30 das. Chat contact said they did not accept returns for Juzo. Not mentioned at time of purchase. Said return policy was clear. Double checked did not specify Juzo as unreturnable. Will be calling credit card company and contacting Attorney General.
They are very unforgiving with their rules. I wanted to exchange compression hose because they were too small. They would not because it was over 30 days. This is for a product that they sell every day it could easily gone back into stock. Never again!
They say 100% guaranteed, Fast and easy returns. NO WAY! Not at all helpful and unethical. Many phone calls and emails but they only wanted to charge me more..
Website states free shipping to Canada if order over $99. They do not honor this and as Tate that IT is trying to change this on their website. Please do not expect free shipping to Canada.
