Another company that does not make good for their product because of their returns. Product is not worth the price and they refuse to make any concessions for returns that were unopened. Screwed again!
Don't buy on line any products for Senior Citizens. We always get screwed. The return process even thru the credit card is really a hassle because, you must send paper receipts plus insure the paperwork thru the USPS. Beware

Did not have a good experience with this company no matter what they profess on their website. Disgusted.

None the product is not worth the price. Tears easily at the heel. Possible to wear maybe twice than discard. Very disappointed $31.24 per pair.

Do Not purchase from this site. UNFAIR AND AMBIGUOUS RETURN PRACTICES!. Just rec'd the product today, April 20,2021 and never tried on the product. I needed to check the item for thickness as I live in Florida. Opened the self closing plastic bag to check for thickness. Too thick. Immediately called customer service to report the problem. They were very nasty and refused to refund my money as per their refund policy. Offered me either exchange or store credit. This is unacceptable. I spent $146 - $8 + for extra postage to receive the item quickly. DISPUTING ON MY CREDIT CARD AND CALLING ATTORNEY GENERAL AS WELL AS BBB.

Do not purchase from this site! If they return my money to my original payment, I will update with a favorable review.

Can't use the product. I am now out $146 including shipping for a product I can't use. I do not want store credit or exchange.(for 1 year) I am out $146.00, because the seller refuses to give me a refund.
