I purchased a pair of SockWell compression socks and when they arrived the package stated they were for full calves. No where on the site description did it say that these were FULL CALF fit. SockWell themselves told me they were to fit calves up to 16" (mine are 12") and that if I were to wear the ones I received, I would not be getting the full sock pressure advertised on the socks.
CompressionSale is refusing to refund the cost of both outbound and return shipping charges, giving a variety of reasons. Even if I wanted to exchange the socks, they will charge me again for shipping the correct socks to me. So even though the site's description is wrong and essentially deceptive, I am out $8.00 for shipping (or $12 if I want to exchange). The company is responsible for the description they post and is responsible for refunding me ALL money I am out due to purchasing these socks in reliance on their description.

Despite following the return policy, you will have to fight for "store credit" minus the "restocking fee." The "restocking fee" is on top of paying shipping cost to return the product. Emails sent to customer service are "never received." All this happens only if you can prove the tracking and delivery of the returned product to the company, because they never acknowledged they received the product until my inquiries went unanswered and I had to involve the BBB. Sketchy, at the least.

Never again will I order from this site. We did indeed receive the product ordered but my husband needs specific size for his large legs and what we got is not going to work. I am told that even though they do not carry the stocking brand we currently use and know will fit that they absolutely will not refund us. So we have a store credit that is good for a year and no way to use it! People read the refund policy because essentially you never can use the store credit if their stock does not suit your needs. Bye Bye to $227.80 of hard earned money. What a way to treat a consumer

I wanted to return an unopened, not tried on, unused item within the 30 days required. They are going to charge a 25% order processing fee (ARE YOU KIDDING?). Unheard of in this day of on-line shopping and COVID! I will never order here again. Make sure you want what you order and think twice about ordering from this site! Also when completing merchandise return authorization got a notice that I was beyond the 30 days from my order which is not true. I had to call and they claim an IT issue! Some people would have given up.

I purchased 2 items, did not even try them on because I can tell it was to small, they didnt want to give me a refund, a credit instead! This company is a RIP OFF! The days that you can return, starts the day that you PURCHASE THE ITEM, NOT RECEIVED! THIS INCLUDES THE DAYS THAT THEY TAKE TO FILL THE ORDER AS WELL! I ORDERED ANOTHER PRODUCT WITH THE CREDIT, 4 WEEKS, NOTHING YET, IT'S ON BACK ORDER, OH NOW THE CLIENT HASNT SENT THE ITEMS IN YET, THEY DECIDED TO HOLD THEM! NOW I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB.ORG TO SEE IF I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK BUT THEY ALREADY HAVE AN "F" RATING... I WISH I WOULD HAVE DONE MY DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE ORDERING BUT ITS IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC AND I WAS RUSHING!
