I ordered some compression stockings from CompressionSale to wear after a knee replacement surgery. I know that CompressionSale utilizes USPS for package delivery for their orders that include free delivery. With the Post Office sabotage Plot ordered by President Trump, I didn't want to chance not receiving my package is shipped through USPS. Therefore, instead of accepting the free USPS delivery offer, I opted to pay $9.95 to have my package delivered through UPS or FedEx. That order was placed on July 24,2020. I have yet to receive my order as of today, August 19,2020. I contacted CompressionSale customer service immediately after being notified that my order had been shipped on July 27,2020 through USPS. I was pissed because I knew that meant I would never receive my order since it was shipped through USPS and because of the issues at the Post Office, I was barely getting regular mail, let alone packages from USPS. I paid for expedited shipping through UPS or FedEx, but CompressionSale sent my package through USPS, so they basically cheated me out of the $9.95 express shipping charge. I have had a total of 7 email correspondences with Melissa Bright and each time she gives me the run-around. DO NOT USE COMPRESSIONSALE. They are cheaters and liars and they don't deliver your orders.

Buyer beware! They lie about easy returns! If you go by their sizing chart and it is wrong, GOOD LUCK! Returning/exchanging according to their policy is VERY EXPENSIVE! You not only pay the shipping to send them back, but their free shipping that you originally received no longer applies and they charge you to ship the correct size back to you. I explained that I used the size chart and even measured my son's leg to get the proper size. According to the size chart, he was a medium.
It was NOT correct. The compression socks were too large.

I ordered a pair of Truform Garter stockings as I was having vascular surgery. I ended up not needing them and didn't open the package and tried to return. On the website page in bold it stated EZ 180 Day return, but this is not true, so be careful. This company is not BBB (better business bureau accredited) due to all the complaints and the misleading advertising. Not only will they not refund your purchase, but you have to pay to send the item back and then they charge you another charge on top of that (it was $9 for me on an item that cost $30!) Do not use this company.

I'm guessing that if you know exactly what you want to purchase from CompressionSale.Com, then it might be an OK place to buy from, but, if you're not 100% sure, they make life challenging for you.

First of all, they say "Free Shipping" on most orders but you have to spend a certain amount to get that free shipping and I did not qualify. But, I was willing to pay the shipping so I ordered. While I like what I ordered, it did not fit. So, if I wanted to exchange the item (more $ to ship it back and then more $ to get my exchanged item), I could do so but the shipping cost was getting out of hand and who knew if the item would work so I decided to just return it. But, even though they so you can return for a refund, you basically can't. They would only give me a credit which, of course, meant that I would be buying items and paying for more shipping. We went back and forth so many times and they just wouldn't bend on their policy which is NOT very clear on their website.

I used my credit but will never shop from them again.
