I purchased the Jobst compression pantyhose. They were delivered quickly. The pantyhose are a nice strong, quailty material that still looks like a pair of pantyhose as well.

My wife used this socks recommended my her doctor and the first two time was bought at the doctor offices, then we check on the site and found them at half prices so we are glad that we are saving buying them on line and the delivery is free and rapidly.
The beige color is not the right one however they fit very nicely. I would look to get more in the future.
However, I will be returning it. The day after I place it, I realized I hadn't put the discount code in AND I had accidentally ordered the wrong product. I contacted customer service and they said they would be able to adjust that. I was elated. However, when I received my order, nothing had been changed or added.
I ordered Jobst Relief Double Leg Chap Open Toe 20-30 mmHg from CompressionSale.com, cofirmation #*******. They offered free shipping, but when the product doesn't fit, I had to pay yo ship it back. They only offered store credit and then you have to pay to ship the new order out. The remainder balance owed to me was put on a gift card, which I will never use. I spoke to a man there names Alex, who was the most rude customer service agent I've ever spoken with. He was so rude, interrupting me, to where I could not get a word in. Please save yourself the headache and do not order from this company.
I have something I ordered and didn't even open it. That's because I thought I ordered a pair of sleeves but it came as a single one. I don't want to spend $45 for a single sleeve. I tried to return it and NO - I have to exchange it. I don't want to exchange it. I won't be buying anything from this company ever again. They have zero wiggle room when it comes to customer service.
I ordered 3 pairs of compression socks.The socks never arrived, I was then charged a $75 restocking fee. The refund was refused and the company is now only sending me 1 pair of socks for $300 instead of the 3 pairs I originally ordered.
This is Additional information from my review from last week. Since the company refused to give me a refund for unopened, unused knee supports. It cost me $10 to return them for an exchange. Then an additional $10 for them to ship me the exchanged size. My original order was $30. At this point it will cost me $50 for the knee supports that I could've purchase for $ 30 in a store. And even more important, I could have returned them for my money back.
Be certain of your size and product before purchasing from this company. Once they have your money, they are keeping it. There is no way to speak to management. Their policy says that there are returns, yet they do not allow returns. All exchanges must be done via an email and approved before they will exchange them.
They are not at all customer friendly!
After months disputing their 25% restocking fee, I gave the green light, just to be done with it. To my surprise, they gauged their fee and deducted about 50% of the price I paid. I am so unhappy with their customer service. Be ware, they are not fair and don't care about their customers.
First time I've ordered compression from this company I ordered it next day air on Friday I didn't get any shipping updates over the weekend and their website does not say next " business day". I ordered specifically for the reason of getting it within 24 -48 hours since I am traveling and have painful lymphedema without compression. I am disgusted and horrified that they would not refund the fee for the shipping. Customer service is awful.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! First, I'd give them a zero rating. Ordered an item and they would not take it back. Listed FedEx shipping and then shipped it USPS. Said it would come in 2-4 days; came in over a week. Opened chat and they would not give me a refund... only a store credit. The item was unopened and in it's unopened plastic wrapper. Asked for the manager and the call agent had the audacity to say she was the manager. Has a manager ever answered a chat in your life! What a liar. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
I purchased a posture support. Despite measuring as advised by Commpressionsale, the item did not fit. I tried it on to verify. I tried it over clean clothes. It did not touch skin. I repackaged it in the original packaging and was informed it could only be returned for store credit (at my expense). Since much of their product is size sensitive I do not intend to do business with this company again.
I did not order this. I do not want this. I have no idea how they got my name. I asked them to remove my name from their mailing list. No answer. I asked them to cancel this order. No answer. Do not give these guys your CC number. Do not answer their email. You will be sorry.
Beware of this sites return policy. I had to return an order to change the color. They require that the customer pay the return shipping. Then they remove any discount from the order and require the customer to pay the previous discount on the exchange. To top it off they require the customer to pay the shipping on the replacement. So cancel the order? Sure but they only give store credit and they reduce the original order amount by the discount - that's fraud in my book. For me it was an order of 63.92 with a discount of 6.39. So my order came to $57.53. They offered a store credit refund of $50.58. Crooked math! I will Shop elsewhere from now on. There customer service was " that's how it is"
Had to drag info regarding a return. If I had not reached out I would still be waiting. If there is fee due let a person know they had my info and email. Really. And even I had ask how much and how. GEES it was like pulling teeth.
The Dr. Scholls socks was not the same quality what I bought last time from somewhere else. The package came without box and when I requested return they gave me option of either store credit or exchange!
Do believe the "fast and no hassle returns, buried somewhere on the site their return policy eliminates ability to return many items. Customer service is horrible
You cannot cancel your orders even if immediately cancelled (within the hour). As soon as your payment processes is permanent - regardless of how long it takes the item to ship. The return policy is 25% of order will never be refunded AND postage (if they even follow their return policy, given that they do not follow cancellations.)
HORRIBLE return policy and HORRIBLE exchange policy. Note that store credit is only good for 1 year, THEN YOU LOOSE IT. Also, any exchanges have shipping cost PLUS they don't apply for any of the coupons. Which means, either buy and know for sure what you want, or else return
