Compressionsale.com does not honor its own posted return/exchange policy. Compressionsale.com refused to refund the full amount of three returned Jobst stockings--all unused, untouched, returned in pristine condition--that I returned. When I asked for an explanation, I was told that when a customer orders more than one pair of stockings, Compressionsale.com will refund the price ONLY OF ONE PAIR of stockings, with the remainder offered as a store credit. This policy is NOT stated on its website. In other words, Compressionsale.com holds customers hostage, withholding their money and forcing them to accept products for the significant money that they laid out. Compressionsale.com managers will not speak with customers, so one has no recourse.

The products are great but the customer service is seriously lacking. They have service bots that don't have all the necessary questions or responses and no telephone line to call to speak to someone in person. Their email responses are slow and sometimes non-existent.

I purchased diabetic compression stockings for my husband. He was unable to use traditional compression socks because of skin issues. He has found he has no issues with his new socks. The tops stay up without rolling down. We will be using this product and would recommend it to anyone needing compression socks.

These socks were a piece of garbage. Poor quality and already returned. Very uncomfortable feeling.

Paid extra for quick shipping. Didn't happen. Took forever. I haven't tried them on yet. Hoping for the best

The sizing for these knee hi's is S M L and unfortunately my measurements don't fit any of those since I have long feet and thin legs. I ordered Medium and manage to do with those but get a slightly tight fit in the foot and not much compression in the leg. I guess knee hi's don't come in more detailed sizing.

I contacted Customer Service right after ordering a wrong size. L was assured that the my order would be changed to the correct size. I received the original size as apparently customer service did not handle the change in size before it was mailed. I emailed my disappointment and all I received was a code to use when I mailed back the product at my expense. No apology was given for their incompetent staff. Perhaps this incompetence is business as usual for this company.

The box was squished but the product was in good shape. This product was a reorder as I have found the compression socks just what I needed.

Wife requires compression stockings. We have ordered these through amazon and other online sellers. Stockings normally lasts 4-6 months with taking care to wash and dry according to manufactures instructions. We place two orders days apart and that how long compressionsales stock lasted. Within two times of use, they are worthless. We asked to return for credit on our card, that two of the UNOPENED packages be sent back. In essence, we were told to "go to hell" with our request. Nice people!

In general everything was great, I received my package in time and manner. The only problem is that just one, out of two pieces, was received on time, the second one they said will take 1 to 2 of weeks more to be shipped due to lack of stock.

On May 16,2022, I received my order for second-skin Women's Sheer Pantyhose. I ordered the size I thought would work based on their size chart. When I received them I could barely get my foot in them. I emailed stating that I wanted to exchange them for another type of support hose. I asked about shipping and they said I had to pay for them to be shipped. I paid almost 8 dollars to have them sent back. Then I picked out another pair and emailed them what I wanted to exchange them for and was told I owed over 6.95 for shipping and 50 cents for taxes. That is ridiculous. I would have had over $14.00 in trying to find the right hose that would work for me. DO NOT GET CAUGHT IN THIS WEB OF SHIPPING COST. Order from AMAZON!
