Called 3 times today, first time was on hold for 30 minutes and the agent disconnected the call, second time was an hour and 44 minutes and they hang up on me now for the 3rd time i am speaking to some guy in the philippics who can hardly speak English and he tells me there is no outage even thoe the online outage site says so and all of my neighbor are out of internet.

I reported the outage to my employer and 4 hours later i cant even get a troubleshooter or an ETA so now I lost my promotion due to a failed project!

Terrible

This is the worse company. Evey month they slowly increase fees & surcharges and when you call, they say they have no control over it but it clearly states in the bill, these are not government mandates but are actually ASSESSED by COMCAST! They call & offer to change your package at a better rate. You ask them if you will lose any channels, they tell you NO, but then you do & call to complain about, all they say is sorry. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with! Will not renew my service!

Now I understand why Comcast is so hated! Vindictive, crooked, you name it. My hoa pays for our cable TV service with Comcast. I had internet with them which I paid for for over a year and never used so I decided to cancel the internet service and after returning their equipment they turned off my TV service for which they were paid by my hoa and only got TV service back only after paying "a past due balance" for the internet. Following month another bill arrived for another "past due balance" for internet service despite the fact that I cancelled the service a month prior and paid the so called past due balance and returned their equipment. Question is, is it legal for a service provider to deprive a customer of a service for which they have been paid? Since hoa pays for TV service but they turn off TV service for a fake internet bill.

Not helpful at all

I have literally spent 2 days trying to get Xfinity to repair my internet. They will not send a technicuan they say because of Covid yet they were at my complex on 7/18@ 9am and 7/20@8:30 am. They have had me drive to a store to replace the modem twice, Spend upwards of 8 hours on the phone to no avail. The internet just started working again, but will go down in 15 minutes, but say they can't do anything while it's working. The message you see about customer service
Is totally not true. I pay every month yet cannot do my job w/out internet. This is an example of a company that does not pay attention to it's customers.

I wouldn't recommend this company they tried to over charge me for my bills. Two months and then add 27.55 on top of 252.89 I'm paying over three hundred dollars for two months when I asked to lower my bills and it going to be different on my next two bills. I will be ripped off and I'm on budget and why I had lower my internet and cable bill to lowest way possible. I can't take screenshots because it goes black when I try to take a screenshot. So I can't prove I got ripped off. This how sneaky and horrible of company they are

I Have been a customer of Comcast for 6 years paying $177 a month. There service was total hell. I have called for months at a time with no improvement. The outsourced tecks are near impossable to understand. Dont companies realize this problem is costing them customers? You do not need cable tv boxes. You only need internet. You can stream all you need for free. There are lots of free services like roku, hulu, etc just ask around. I now have Roku and save $100 a month. My only worry is I hope Comcast internet i dependable. It is impossable to get anyone at comcast to care. I would change internet too but where I live there is no choice. STOP throwing away money on worthless cable and sht service. Read Comcast reviews PLEASE.

I had to move my company to a location where Comcast didn't offer service. A rep told me an early term fee wouldn't apply in this case. She lied. Ten years of payments and they are stiffing me with $1100 in early term fees! Do not do business with this Comcast. Pure evil and unethical!

Sucks

A lot of hype about a technology that they haven't mastered. Freezes up, locks up, skips, jumps and pixelates on both live and on-demand services. At least once a week we have to unplug the whole system and let it re-boot. I don't think Jon Bon Jovi was singing about that in all those ads for this $#itty service.

And the worst thing is that here in Tex-$#*! where they think they have big government sooooo under control, they have allowed monopolies to exist for these cable services, so even if we wanted to switch, we can't. Whole geographic areas are limited to just one cable company. And in this one where we are, all we get is Comcast.

I have 3 children in school that has to do their school work at home due to covid. This company is hurting my children's education and they do not care. I have been a loyal customer and have always made my payments thousands of dollars! The problem is they disconnected my service I made a payment arrangement and they disconnected my service again the following morning and refused to help me even though I was promised my service was not going to be disrupted again. This company does not care that I have children that needs to be able to do their schooling.

I wish I will don't have a deal with this such piece of Sh...t, horrible company, some people who works there,don't know what they doing, I stay on the phone with them for 2 hours Monday 8.14.23 to fix my problem. Some representative are liers there they say,, u all set,, but the issue never been fixed. They are piece of shi...t company. U will never receive back phone call from them when representative says we will call u back, I had to call them 3days on a row to rich and talk with supervisor. No body call me,u will need to do it they jobs,than u will pay for some representatives mistakes and lies,they will charge you a lot of money and don'tcare what are u thinking about it,they don't do they job properly! Fu...k Comcast, xfinity company. Zero stars Zero. Not even one.

Horrible service

Give one Star is much than Comcast Deserve as a costumer service company.
The concept to provide a good service and professional answers and help is not a tradition on the employees on that company
I highly disappointed and will try to do not do business again with them.

Better than nothing

We were unable to get FIOS so we got comcast for our office. Most of the time it worked OK for internet and VOIP. We had frequent glitches where we lost internet (and phone) for short periods of time. Not a good way to run a doctor's office. I am now moving that office. Comcast is blocking me from porting my number to a new service provider. I have spent hours on the phone and in the office of the new provider trying to get this done. The Comcast reps give me BS and hang up. I can't get an answer when we will be able to port our number. The old office is closed, and I have to have someone sitting in an empty office to answer that line. I don't understand why they are so uncooperative. All they need to do is release my number. I had it before I was a Comcast customer. It was my Verizon landline. I am now paying another company for a phone line that doesn't work. I can't even get them to forward calls to a temporary number so that patients can reach the office.

Comcast customer service is absolute garbage my family and I waited around all day on a weekend for them to show up at their appointed schedule. The time came and went on the appointed schedule. We called and asked why they did not ahow up and they said that they automatically canceled our appointment due to they had checked out our internet on their system and it was fine. We are still having issues and they did not call us or let us know they had canceled the appointment. They said that it is standard practice they run their own test and if the passes they cancel the appointment without letting us know. Our family wasted A-day waiting on Comcast.

Xfinity mobile

Not even worth the $20 prepaid phone at the gas station. Do yourself a favor get Cricket or Metropcs are superior alternatives. I have had it for a month and it's useless. In 2021, a YouTube video should be able to load. Unfortunately, spectrum mobile takes 5 minutes to load a 5G 1080p 3 minute video. I am unable to stream anything on my mobile device without being frustrated into not using my phone. Very very very disappointing. Unless you're in your 80s and having a phone on itself is a miracle then spectrum mobile is the phone for you

First appointment they showed up 4 hours late. Second time I've ordered service now and they told me a window of 10 to 12 am. The tech didn't show, so i called customer service and they told me the window is now 8 am to 8 pm.
This phone is for my 82 yo assisted living father who has no other way to contact family and they don't care one bit.
They claim they couldn't pull up our transcripts from yesterday because it would have shown they told me a two hour window of 10 am to 12pm so they lied and said they didn't have access to transcripts.
Use any other service you have an option for because Xfinity is the bottom of the trash can and that is saying alot for Internet / TV providers.

The internet is slow 3 months with them and I was try to make appointment and 3 days after want the company make apoitmant 3 days after of my problem with the modem. In just 1 day AT&T can put internet in my home is xfinity an honest company? I dont think so. Really bad Company still money.

I had a business plan that was 227 a month and then when the "promo" expired I got slammed with a $800 bill for one month! I try to get ahold of my account manager for the business and he conveniently is unreachable, and I called the main line and they cannot help me because my designated business representative has too. I have another business account that is $87 and it makes no sense to me that they could just increase my bill without my authorization. Their promos are a scam to get you to pay more eventually. I would choose another company if it wasn't a monopoly in my area!

First coming to a Comcast store first of all I was there for an an hour gave me all my equipment then got home give me all my equipment give me all my equipment got all the way home and found out that we were missing a whole bunch of things that they forgot to give us. I asked for an appointment for them to come out to install it. My appointment was canceled three times without my knowing I think this is ridiculous on Saturday I'm going back to the store to this drop off my equipment I think this is ridiculous they'll never have to worry about me ever again this is the worst customer service ever and their prices are ridiculous.
