I like the product. I hate the fact that Comcast lacks
Integrity and is extremely cruel to their customers. Because of this cruelty I have been bed bound for the last four days. They have cost me so much money because of their faulty equipment. They paid money out of my account to another customer disconnected mind on a Saturday evening after me trying to explain the situation and the charges that were not suppose to charge. Keep in mind that the faulty equipment caused me to lose a tv and a computer I am 76 years old, cannot walk well and depend on my computer to enlarge materials and order things. I cannot get out. Also, I have to pay for the two TVs service because I cannot get the second box back. I did make an attempt to pay this month's bill. I was promised the I would not have to pay the service charge if it was the fault of the company.

After complaining about difficulty to cancel Xfinity service and still incurring charges, Comcast forgave those charges and connected service at my new address. Today, 3 days after starting new service, I got a call from Comcast new service review department saying the old charges are not resolved according to his system. Immediately after the phone call my service was disconnected. CS states I have a $901 past due bill that needs to be resolved. Comcast is a monopoly in my area so I'm forced to switch to Hughsnet.

Comcast made it very difficult to cancel TV services. They would not accept online termination instead they transferred me to a chat session with an agent determined to sell me a cell phone service. When I called to speak with a representative, I was placed on hold for 45 minutes before being suddenly disconnected. This happened on two occasions. Meanwhile Comcast continued to add billing charges even after I turned in equipment. Comcast has a monopoly on internet services in my area and as a consequence I have no option for internet access unless I pay Comcast $950.

Worse Customer Support in industry. Long waits and not helpful support staff if you're lucky enough to get through. Often takes 4-5 tries to even to get through, then you're in perpetual automatic voice messaging. Poorly trained support even when you do get through. Poor oversight and even worse management. Pick ANY other service if you have an option.

I called to cancel my service almost a month ago, but nothig happened. My full bill still showing. I called again 10 days later, and same thing. He canceled, nothing happened. My full bill still showing. I went to comcast in person to tell them and get it cancelled, they made sure it was cancelled but said my bill.won't update until the next day... Today is the next day. It says restricted access when I try to log into xfinity billing and pay. I can't pay my final bill after calling twice, and visiting the store. I truly hope that this company comes to an end soon, they don't deserve to be in business. This has caused so much stress on top of being laid off from work and having to move out. A-holes 100% DO NOT EVER GET COMCAST

We have terrible internet issues in Breckenridge Colorado. In light of this we decided to try a new provider. Comast would not even consider reducing or eliminating the termination fee even though we were leaving for reasons beyond our control. They wouldn't even let me talk to a manager. It is quite obvious they do not care about people.

I heard Comcast/Infinity whatever they call themselves these days, make a donation whenever a pitcher on the Phillies baseball team throw a pitch exceeding 95 mph. Why not reduce the outlandish amount they charge customers instead? They are supposed to be a public utility, not a charity

Rating: -10. A technician moved a bookcase when we were not looking and gouged the new engineered hardwood floor. He left in a hurry before we got back in the room and saw what he did. I immediately called and got his supervisor to come over and he promised to have it fixed. Later I was notified by Comcast that they decided it was not their fault and were not going to do anything about it. I complained to the BBB, the FCC and my state attorney general. Comcast told the BBB and the FCC that their own "investigation" concluded they were not at fault. I don't know what to do except tell everybody I can about what this monstrous company did to us.

The customer service representatives are poorly trained and not very helpful and they hang up on you when they can't answer your question when you finally get a live person, you gave to call about 10 times to get live help

Comcast has a reputation for being the WORST at customer service for residential services. The apple does not fall far from the tree here. They do not listen! They don't need your business, so they do not try. Internet may be fast, but they are the WORST company.

Me and my family recently switched to Comcast from AT&T. So far we've been miserable. During Covid we all work and play from home and having Comcast has made that almost impossible. Atleast 8 times a day our internet disconnects and interrupts our lives. My advice don't bother with Comcast they will crush your soul with their ineptitude.

I change to comcast because I thought was better, but the installer person (tall Spanish person) did the worst installation ever, did not explained why can installed with cables and go wire less boxes. He disconnected alll the cables at the back and he said was no signal. I found this bu when I go to check with him, he already left. I had problems every days and no tv or internet for minutes several times a day.
This happens because Comcast pay the by number of installation done and they don't cake about good installation, They have to take care of this guy. I have almos 3 weeks with bad service because of hin

Customer service is a no go with these guys.No option to just select answers on keypad. For what I am billed monthly I expect phones and internet to work regularly but this is a no go as well. Hard to run a business with no phone or internet.

Everyone has trouble from time to time. Ordering and making a purchase can be handled in minutes but if you have a problem how will it be handled? If you have to call Comcast be prepared to wait even if you use their call-back system. I waited 15 minutes for my call back and have been on additional hold for over 1 hr.
One way to solve this would to make them accountable for lost business while they make you troubleshoot the issues. I have switched over to ATT fiber and so far so good but not sure what problems I will have when that goes down.

I have wasted hours on the phone trying to get Comcast to send me equipment that was promised over a year ago, but never delivered. Every time I follow up they say that they misplaced the order. In the interim, they raised the price on the bill for the equipment that they didn't deliver. Now the service is out and I can't get a human being on the phone. Just the worst ever!

Comcast is absolutely infuriating to deal with! It is next to impossible to speak to a live person. They no longer want to mail out monthly bills. No, they want to send you an email which puts the onus on the customer to be responsible to get their bill! I'm fine with paying my bill, but I want it to come as a paper bill in the mail.
Apparently that is asking too much of Comcast. To say I HATE their customer service is not strong enough. This company, and whoever is running it, needs some serious overhauling. I am a VERY UNHAPPY Customer!

Horrible company

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Their billing system is horrible and you can't get a real person to talk to. If you owe a large amount and want to make payments. You are informed that you can't talk to an agent until the full amount is paid. If you go to the store, you are told they can't discuss billing and you have to call Comcast.I truly despise this company.

I realized last week when talking to the Comcast rep in the USA that she could see the last 4 of my social security number. I think that is an invasion of privacy since one of the reps could take the information and get into another of my accounts. The rep could not remove the info but told me to go to the local folks. The woman here had to escalate the request, but they took the info off my profile in a few hours. Otherwise I am not a fan, so I am giving 2 stars. By the way, they sent someone to my house to repair something who looked like a pretty dangerous character. Happy if they hire those folks. Don't send them to my home.

Fake Fees

They said they help small businesses, but all they do is charge fake fees on your bill and they don't even have a reason on why those fees are there. Make sure you look on your statements every month because pretty much they steal your money. There is no help for small businesses

Had to change Mom's box after have to repeat test several time. Then they make me pay shipping or to to store. Then i install the box and it needs to be activated so they tell me i cant do it they will send a tech the next day. Then noone comes so i call again and they just simply activated remotely anyway and i now have to drive to a store to return the old box...Just incompetent
