I have been buying from colourpop for the longest. They have amazing customer service and even better products. I absolutely love their liquid matte lipsticks they last through anything. On the rare occasion I have had to contact customer service they were nothing but helpful.

For for months I never got the product I ordered. The seller was refusing refund. I told the seller to provide enough evidence that they actually shipped the order in first place, as package could not be tracked with the tracking number that they provided. I told them to check where their tracking number leads them to. But the customer care does not seem to understand. I made payment with paypal. So I opened a paypal case against seller and made a claim saying the seller could not provide enough evidence that the order was shipped. Within a day my case closed on my favour! I GOT FULL REFUND. The seller later mailed saying they checked the tracking and found that the package was held in sorting facility. Like for 4 months! It was never shipped! And they could not accept their mistake in first place. Please know that online customers have rights and it is responsibility of seller to provide valid tracking. Dont let the customer care fool you. I just dont trust colourpop anymore

Incomplete order dispatched to Ireland. Refused to replace the item and left me with an incomplete palette as would not mail missing item. Customer service a joke. Never again. Refund was given for the single shadow. Useless as shadow palette has a gaping hole. Expected customer to pay 2nd shipping to Ireland

Horrible experience
April 16, 2018

Tried several times with different credit cards to buy a palette. It gets approved then rejected at the same time. My bank says that things were charged then immediately refunded. Does this mean the item is out of stock? Then just effing write that on the page so I don't waste my time trying to get it. Really pisses me off, because they can send all the free PR to this stupid "Beauty Gurus" but can't take care of their customers. If they want 5 million followers, then they should have a real customer service department. I've tried emailing, instagramming and facebooking to no luck. I'm going through chemo on my leg and would like something to cheer me up. This is a real disappointment.

Theft!

I am boycotting colourpop as of today! I am absolutely DISGUSTED by the actions of the company! DHL lost my package/could have delivered to a wrong individual and colourpop did nothing to help me! I was promised a reshipment for days and given hope but today they decided to absolutely drop me and not even reship the LOST order and blame ME for it! Ive been such a fan for so long and ordered tons of times from the company but this absolutely broke any trust I had for this company and will NEVER order again! DISGUSTING!

Colourpop has failed to ship our products so many times even with the increase in international shipping. When someone says they will ship a product within the given time period they should be able to do so! It s been over 2 months now and i still didnt receive my pacakge. Also there is no way to track a package!

WORST PLACE EVER
April 2, 2016

I had never ordered from colourpop Friends rave about how great it is.
I decided to give it a try ordered a few lipsticks and receive the package about a week and a half later.
I was so excited to open my package and as I got home I was starting to open it and realize that there was nothing in it.
Try to fix the problem by contacting their customer service which is only in email and not a number.
It's been a week now that I have been waiting for response.
They really need to step up their game because I am totally unsatisfied right now

Worst Brand ever
May 31, 2017

First of all, I have never tried any of their products and I do not intend to do so. I ordered 50$ worth of make up to Germany. I had to go to the customs office just to be told that as the products do not match the EU custom regulations, there was no legal way for me to recieve the products. I was forced to send them back and immediately contacted their customer service. In the end, I did not get a single penny back and wasted 50$ not being able to do anything about it.

They shipped the wrong order to me. With a different persons information. This is very risky as i believe my information has been sent to the wrong person, I contacted them to get my correct order or at least return the nonsense they sent me but the customer service said i should provide information. I provided them with my card information and to my surprse, they are telling me that they couldnt verify me. Your customer service team must be high on something not to see that my information matches what you have on file. They have not replied since then. They are better brands than this.At this point. I just want my money back.

I have always love Colourpop, and I have been using them for years. Until recently when I won a giveaway and I have contacted them in every method under the sun just to get my prize. I have contacted their Twitter, Facebook, email, their special email. I'm not sure what is taking them so long but they told me that they weren't shipping them to the warehouse at first but it continues on to just telling me they're "working" on it. Someone told me they're experiencing the same problem. If you win a giveaway, expect not receiving anything. Why do they gotta do dirty like that to their fans?

They absolutely think they can just do this to people and they will still get business but there are other great make up options out there that will treat their former customers well and colourpop will lose their edge. They obviously take for granted that people will put up with their horrific service

ColourPop sent me a shipping notification on November 6,2020. It has been well over a month, and my package has still not arrived. ColourPop has not replied to any of my emails, beyond automatic replies, and has been altogether unhelpful in remedying the issue.

A few hidden gems

I have tried quite a few Colourpop products at this point and I have been dissapointed with many, but I have also found some that I cannot live without. My biggest struggle with them is receiving makeup that is a shade or two lighter or darker than what I anticipated.
I love that they are cruelty free and vegan and all of their products are nice and pigmented, buildable and apply smoothly. My favorite Colourpop product is the Lux lip oil. It is super moisturizing, long lasting and has just the right amount of color for daytime wear.
Overall, I would say the pros have outweighed the cons and I will continue to purchase from this company. I would, however, recommend purchasing in store if you are able.

I ordered a couple of lipsticks from ColourPop Cosmetics that never arrived. I tried contacting customer service and they told me to contact USPS for the order that I never received. I did that but didn't receive any helpful information. I then proceeded to email ColourPop again addressing how dissatisfied I was with the back and forth I was being put through and did not receive a reply. After a week of waiting, I sent a follow-up email stating that a new package would be sent out with a tracking number, but was not given the option of getting a full refund. I have yet to receive this 'new' package and the tracking number that I received does not work. Overall, I am very dissatisfied and I will never be buying from them again.

Mediocre customer service

I ordered a $70 item and they sent me the entirely wrong product. Looking at reviews here and from the BBB, shipping the wrong product seems to be a recurring problem for ColourPop. I contacted their customer service and asked to return the incorrect product and get a refund, because I didn't want to wait their rather long shipping time to finally get the product I actually ordered. The reply I got didn't even acknowledge my request to return the item for a refund and instead just said they'd ship me out the correct item.

I order from Colourpop as much as possible, usually twice a month or so! You can't beat their prices, and their quality is great for the price as well. I've only had one item arrive damaged, and after sending a photo of the damage they shipped a replacement right out. I highly recommend their lippie stix and pressed powder eyeshadows.

First of all, I received the wrong products. The shipping package had my name on it but the shipping invoice had someone else with a different address and totally different products. I then contacted Colourpop to see what they could do and their customer service is TERRIBLE! They ignored by questions, didnt offer anything in compensation for missing christmas, and had no other option for quicker shipping to arrive before christmas. They are now ignoring my emails. I am sure I will not receive my actual order. I will be reporting them to the BBB and my bank for fraud. This is not the first case against them for this exact situation. Terrible company. Stay away!

Poor customer service

Terrible customer service. I ordered some makeup for my daughter from them, never got an order confirmation, or follow up email. Only way I know anything went through was a credit card statement. The follow up customer service was disappointing.

I emailed them my situation and asked for a telephone call. They emailed me back asking for an order number despite my initial Email explainIn I did not get one. Every follow up email request the same order number and the same information. I asked for a telephone call multiple times, they keep telling me they do not have phones. I asked for one specific person for all contact between me and colourpop to go through, that to can not be done, so each email of their I respond to, is answered by a different person asking for the same information and just running me in circles.

Recieved a new palette with a huge fingerprint in the middle of it. Customer service told me it wasn't an issue and nothing could be done about it. I don't want a stranger's fingers on my face! If nothing's wrong with it, take it back and sell it to someone else.

Silly me- I expected my brand new palette to be brand new.

Terrible customer service.

Color swatches of the other products I ordered did not match the website at all.

Disappointed all around.
