I have bought several CP products and I want more! I started with just a matte lip... now I have 4 lip, 4 eye shadow palettes as well as a few random shadows. I want All of it, everything! Thank you colour pop!

Not worth it

I bought a massive package from them and it somehow got returned to ColourPop. I wanted the package and it was now sold out so I contacted them and they refunded me. Now if this had been my mistake I would have left it alone. How ever I found out after calling USPS that they addressed the package wrong and the address was no where near what my address is. The refund was also for less money than I paid for the package. I'm still fighting them.

Stole my Money

Received my order with only 2 of the 6 items I ordered and they say that the weight of the package would signify all the items where in the package... They even stuck foam in the package to add weight and there was no way all my items could of even fit in the size of the package. I have never felt so discourage!

Colourpop sucks!

Colourpop sucks! This isn't the first time they've messed up my order. This is the 2nd and last time they messed it up because I refuse to buy from this broke a** company who has no customer service skills and takes my money and runs with it instead of trying to fix the problem.My tracking number has been unavailable since I got a shipping confirmation email that it has been shipped out. This was on June 11. Two days later it is still saying unavailable without a peep from them. This better get resolved or I'm filing a complaint to the BBB against your company and disputing the charge with my bank.Im tired of going through this with y'all. I wish I could give zero stars because this company is crap!

I have always loved Chewy and was so excited to become a more fully committed shopper when I got my pup in March. The reason why I give it 2 stars is because I am moving to Hawai'i soon and they do not ship outside of the main US. It was really a huge let down to know that I just switched to this amazing dog food and I was going to save so much but now I will have to switch yet again in such a short time because of their lack of commitment to the entire US. Not only do I have to change dog food after ordering just one bag because they don't ship out to HI, very few pet stores actually carry the brand. It's a shame that commitment is a one way street with Chewy. Granted, I should have looked into local pet stores where I'm moving but at the same time, I was not expecting Chewy to give us the cold shoulder and forget about us. 2

I GOT JIPPED HARDCORE

I recently ordered products based on a promo, where I was supposed to reveive an additional product they were promoting. I did NOT receive the product. Since there is no customer service phone number for some ridiculous reason, probably so they don't have to deal with people, I had to email them and wait 48 hours to hear anything. They told me the promo was no longer happening, and they could not fulfill my request bc it would be "unfair" to other customers. This is utter BS, I ordered it during the time of the promo. OF COURSE the promo was no longer happening, hence being a promo. Idiots. SO basically I never got what I paid for, and they completely ignored my 2nd email. Must feel good to be able to hide behind a computer and write BS copy and paste emails back to customers you claim to care about, calling it customer service.

I love Colourpop so much! Love every single product I have got from them, although my last order a couple of the lipstick wands looked fuzzed out and I emailed customer service and they were amazing! Sent me replacements right away. Great customer service and you can't beat the price for the products.

Who wants to go to office when your skin is facing severe break out and your asian wheatish skin tone is already red and orange at the same time.
The only colourpop colour which gives me and my face a life is Ultra Satin in London Fog. Girls try it and you will instantly see the glow on your face:)

It has been 6 business days, 9 days total, and my order has still not even been processed! What are they doing there? A friend raves about the Lippie Stix and I have had multiple occasions in which I could have worn them in the past 9 days, but still I sent empty handed. I emailed the company and they said they're busy and offered a $5 off coupon. They're always doing $5 off so that didn't seem like much of a deal to me. Anywho, I'm extremely annoyed and feel like I'm dealing with a company that doesn't have their stuff together.

Great customer service
November 9, 2017

Im surprised at the amount of complaints about customer service. It took a week for my things to get to me (including the time it took for the order to process) and when they did, I got the wrong shade in one of the lipsticks. I emailed them about it and they responded early the next morning. They sent me the right shade and let me keep the one they sent accidentally, no questions asked. Overall a really good experience.

Love the makeup

Colourpop is honestly my favorite makeup line. I haven't tried something that I hated. The shadows are amazingly pigmented, the highlighters are so pretty, the liquid lipsticks - there's so many to choose from, at least one formula has to work for everyone. Their customer service isn't always the best, but the products are amazing, especially for the price.

Horrid all around

I've given them a couple chances but these products are not up to par. Really great marketing, "luxury products for cheap", however their products are at par at best with drug store quality. Furthermore I had horrible customer service, I had an issue with my order and Samantha, the person responding to me was perfectly sweet until I requested to cancel my order. At this point they totally stopped all forms of communication, after 2 days I received an email saying that my products had shipped so I emailed again asking why they hadn't canceled my order, no response to any of my THREE emails. I emailed someone else and finally received a response, saying there was nothing to be done and offering no compensation. I might put up with this if they products where worth while, but they're awful and not up to what they're advised as. High unimpressed, will NEVER be purchasing again and will be telling my friends about this horrible company.

This is totally insane! Poor Customer Service especially those who are outside of USA! I tried to reach them a couple of times because the ETA already exceeed and they've told me to wait patiently so I did then after a month of waiting I received the item and I was so excited and I was like finally patience is a virtue then when I opened it voila wrong items were delivered to me. Wtf! I was so disappointed and mad! I don't know how will they resolve this issue...

Scam! Irresponsible seller!

I ordered some cosmetics and ship them through a shipping company because some products couldn't ship to HK directly.

And I found there's a missing item! I ordered 2 boxes of going coconut eye shadow palette, but there's only one. I showed them the photos of the products I received and the box.

I emailed them several times but they keep saying "... items shipped using a mail forwarding service are not eligible for replacements of any kind."

I did opened the sealed parcel from ColourPop myself! It's totally not related to the shipping company! ColourPop distracted their mistakes to the shipping service company and denied the fault they made! They refused to take the responsibility and not refund me anything! It's definitely unacceptable!

I have ordered multiple times at colourpop. I just had 1 order that didn't arrive but they refunded it fully. I use Paypal to order before but now, they won't accept my order. Every successful orders, there's an automatic cancellation. Worst customer service. There's nothing wrong with my visa card or mastercard. They had flagged my visa card for fraud but I didn't do anything illegal and now they won't accept my mastercard.

Copy-paste replies

1.) Colourpop cancelled my order even after they already sent a confirmation email
2.) I placed another order because my family/friends really wanted these items
3.) I reached out to Colourpop to see if they could help me expedite these orders because it was partly their fault that they cancelled the order without explanation
4.) Instead of helping me out (or even reading my message) they gave me a copy-paste reply of their process.
5.) Since they wouldn't help out, I tried to redirect the address (pretty standard with other online vendors) and they took forever to reply even after I made the subject "URGENT"
6.) I thought things were getting somewhere, but they shipped my order to the wrong address
7.) Now they won't help me retrieve the items (as I already left the United States) and told me to contact USPS to fix the problem

I have ordered hundreds of dollars of products from Colourpop in the past year. I love every single thing I have gotten. Once, a highlighter arrived broken. I emailed Colourpop and they sent a replacement in a very timely manner. I order from them much more than any other brand!

Honestly the products aren't bad. But I spent over $100 and shipping said up to 10 business days. I've now placed this order over 2 weeks ago, with little tracking information, and still no products. This isn't the first time I've had this issue with ordering through colourpop.

Good Experience

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews. I won't discount theirs but my experiences have been positive. I have made many purchases over the past few years. Some products have been a miss for me. I don't buy their matte liquid lipstick. Very drying on me. All their other producsts have been a hit. I use them regularly. Never had an issue with an order other than a lack of a confirmation email. They got the order to me within a few days. I have probably ordered from them 10+ times without a single issue. Out of the many items I purchased I use most products. Overall I really like Colorpop.
