I ordered some cosmetics and ship them through a shipping company because some products couldn't ship to HK directly.
And I found there's a missing item! I ordered 2 boxes of going coconut eye shadow palette, but there's only one. I showed them the photos of the products I received and the box.
I emailed them several times but they keep saying "... items shipped using a mail forwarding service are not eligible for replacements of any kind."
I did opened the sealed parcel from ColourPop myself! It's totally not related to the shipping company! ColourPop distracted their mistakes to the shipping service company and denied the fault they made! They refused to take the responsibility and not refund me anything! It's definitely unacceptable!
