The dress came smelling like it was packed with dead fish. It is probably close to 2 sizes too small after giving the exact measurements. The said they would build extra into the seam so I could have it altered, took it to a seamstress and she says there isn't enough, maybe a 1/2 inch. I contacted them and they said to send pictures. Now all my emails bounce back even though I am replying to the email their customer service sent to me. The wedding is in 2 weeks and I don't have a dress for my daughter.
I was having a really hard time finding the right shade of lilac here in Mexico for my boyfriend's sister's wedding.
This was the best decision I could have made. The quality exceeds what I would have gotten here in Mexico for the price I payed, plus it reached me 10 days earlier that the delivery ETA. They could probably invest in packaging design, because you basically get your dress plastic wrapping, but apart from that, everything was great. Can't wait to use it in 30 days!

My wife bought a bridesmaid dress and used the custom measure feature. After getting taped and sending in the measurements, the dress we got was way too small. No issue we thought, as we call the company and asked for a replacement. They wanted another 50 bucks from us (which we needed to pay as she is in the wedding) and then we never saw another dress! I had ordered a dress from here before with good customer service and a beautiful dress. Several of my friends recently used this company for their bridesmaids dresses and it went pretty well. I chose the Jane for my six bridesmaids. The only good thing about this past experience was that most of my girls got their dresses earlier than they said. Three out of the six dresses were too big, one had a broken zipper, one had a horrible smell and had to be returned, and the customer service was really bad. The cap sleeves are not how they are shown in the picture, and the navy color is very dark. I was very unimpressed and displeased. In the end, I do like the dresses and several of my bridesmaids have said they are very comfortable, but I will not be recommending this company to anyone.
I ordered 2 dresses in two different sizes which they reached out to me to ask if I'd prefer to have one custom made. I specifically asked that if I didn't like it, could I still return it for a FULL refund. They replied yes. I gave exact measurement based off the pictures they sent of how and what to measure. The dress came way too big on top. I immediately replied to our email chain to ask for a return with a refund. They replied that I would need to ship it back to CHINA and not the address it came from and that I'd have to pay the shipping back. That was going to cost me more than the dress! Nowhere in their return policy do they state this. They offered to give me $40 back and keep it which is what I chose to do. I would strongly recommend NOT purchasing anything from this company.
Beware, all dresses come from China. Not the NewYork address they offer on their website. Ordered a dress. I gave my sizes and it came in many inches to big and it drags on the ground. They insisted on taking my measurements again and having me return the dress for alterations. Time is short and we could not afford to send it back for altering. I explained this and asked for return to sender and a refund. They stopped responding. After posting my review, they responded promptly first offering a partial refund and I pay shipping to China. I asked for the address and written proof of refund or an invoice. They responded offering to send me my full refund and to keep the dress. I ordered 4 dresses for my bridesmaids and asked them to remove built-in bra for my ladies. They gave us custom size service and did not ask me to pay extra money. Dresses have been delivered. They look very nice. Only one dress is tad big on bust. We do not know whether the girl gave right measurements or not. It does not matter anymore. Time is enough and she will have it altered. The other 3 dresses fit the girls everywhere.
Went to order a size 6 because those were basically my measurements, did not ask for custom measurement. They insisted on taking them anyway, so I did. They came back and said my shoulder measurement was too big. You mean to tell me that my own shoulder measurement was wrong? My roommate experienced the same thing with her waist measurement. I adjusted my measurement to "how they wanted it", and guess what? I needed MY CORRECT MEASUREMENT because now I am unable to breathe or move around in the dress.

Had my bridesmaids order their dresses from here. Followed their recommendation to do custom sizing for each person. They requested several measurements and then after my girls purchased, a follow up email was sent requesting MORE measurements. You would think with all of this information my friends dresses would fit, but you would be WRONG. They contacted the company and were told there was no time to have the items shipped back to them to be altered and that they would have to find someone local to alter the dresses and they would reimburse up to 40% the cost of the dress. Well, alterations cost more than the total cost of the dress, so that was not going to work. Their next offer, ship back to China for $35 shipping for them to fix (somehow there is now time to do this) and then $35 to ship it back from China. Yeah right! Their final offer, pay $50 for another dress. Now in what world would anyone pay any additional money to this company after all of this? Absolutely horrible customer service and no possible resolution for my friends who purchased these dresses. Steer clear of this "business" at all costs.

I had my girls order the same dress just different colors. One dress was not at all like the other three. The color was right the cut on them was absolutely horrible, a very noticeable difference. They spent well over a hundred on their dresses and the material looks like tissue paoer. It just over all looks cheaply made. Please be aware the company states they are in New York and that returning the item is easy to do so. That is not the case. Even after ordering the dress two sizes bigger it did not fit. When I asked to return it, I was given an address to ship it back to China not to mention I was discouraged from doing so. I ordered a dress from this website in March 28,2019 expedited because I needed it for Palm Sunday which was April 14,2019. The tracking information provided said I should receive the dress on or by April 10th; however, it wasn't received until the week after the date provided to me. Also, the dress was not the same color as advertised and made of this god-awful, cheap material ever again not as advertised. I couldn't find a number to call to request a refund, so I emailed. I have been emailing this people for my refund since April & have yet to receive it. They always respond to the emails with one excuse after another.
