I ordered a dress from this website in March 28,2019 expedited because I needed it for Palm Sunday which was April 14,2019. The tracking information provided said I should receive the dress on or by April 10th; however, it wasn't received until the week after the date provided to me. Also, the dress was not the same color as advertised and made of this god-awful, cheap material ever again not as advertised. I couldn't find a number to call to request a refund, so I emailed. I have been emailing this people for my refund since April & have yet to receive it. They always respond to the emails with one excuse after another. First they tried to tell me that I need to request the refund through PayPal. I didn't use PayPal to place the order... again it's been one excuse after another. Then they even agreed to let me keep the dress and refund $78.00 for a dress that I paid $99.00 plus expedited shipping which was a total of $116.00 and I still have yet to receive a refund! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE... they are scammers and will cheat you for your money!

WARNING!

I ordered my dress from this website for my best friends wedding. I was to be the matron of honor and we didn't have a lot of time. I went by the size chart and placed my order. The company sent me an e mail asking for additional measurements. My mom is a great seamstress so, I had her take these strange measurements they were wanting. I received my dress in maybe 2 week, and it came wadded up in a plastic package. Once I tried the dress on, I knew it was wrong. Just about everything about this dress was to big on me! The neck was falling down my shoulder, the bust cups were humongous, the waste line was on top of my hips and I could barely walk, it was so long! Plus, the quality was not great. The dress had flowers on the bodice and, they had singed the edges of the flowers, turning it brown! I contacted the company and had to wait for a reply. They basically blamed me for the wrong fit as if I did not go by the size chart! They wanted to replace the dress, which I was not interested in! The wedding date was too close and the dress quality too low. I asked for a refund, which they did not want to give but, agreed... then wanted me to pay to have the dress shipped to China! And I would not got my refund until they got the dress in China. My other option was to take a $45 settlement and keep the dress. I took the $45 then had to buy a dress from another company for the wedding. Ordering from colorsbridesmades was a huge waste of time and money! Will never recommend!

Buyer Beware

This company pretends it's out of NY; it's not. Not that it would matter if you got the dress you paid for.
I Paid for the custom dress feature. My dress hung off my chest, and the straps keep sliding off my shoulders, and the dress hit close to my lower calf instead of the knees,
And just looks awful.
The dress came from Bahrain, not NY. I wrote an email expressing my disappointment and was ignored by customer service for a week until I told them I was going to write an honest review online, only then did they email me back.
They then continued to give me the runaround for the last 10 days and asked me to send the dress to China, which I did! They offered to give me $30 and for me not to send the dress back.
Finally just sick of dealing with them so I called my bank and had them credit my card back, sent the dress back to China, which cost me $25. I did this because I'm an honest person but was very tempted just to send the dress to the flushing NY address, the one on their website. This address comes up as a house on google maps.
So, Buyer Beware!
I'm just glad I had time to go to Macy's and get a new dress. Got one in the color I needed, Ralph Lauren, fits like a glove and no hassles, same price, great return policy.

Buyer Beware!

I placed my order for a dress, received the dress in a timely fashion which I was shocked since they supposedly hand made these to order if you send in your own measurements but non the less I received it. The stitching in the seams of the straps on the dress was completely gone on the right side and coming apart on the left side I noticed that as soon as I pulled it out of the bag. I didn't even try it on because I was afraid of what other seams would come undone if i did. I emailed customer service and was told that I can return for a refund or have it altered locally and they would compensate 40%. They should compensate for it all to be altered since that is the way it arrived. I emailed back expressing my frustration about being compensated only partial but did not get a response. So I emailed back and said that I would just like to return the dress and get a refund, I immediately received an email back with instructions on returning. I wasn't completely understanding what they would be refunding and also if they were going to reimburse me for sending back their damaged product since the post office wants to charge an arm and a leg to return to CHINA so I sent another email... I have sent two more emails and have not received a word back. I do not recommend ordering from an online dress factory that is located on the other side of the world. I am super upset that they do not want to resolve this issue or show no urgency too!

Love everything!

Received my order yesterday, love everything!

I ordered 3 plum dresses in the same style with different sizes for my bridesmaids and 3 satin vests (one white for groom and two plum for groomsmen).

We have spent much time in getting measurements of dresses. Both checking size chart and watching YouTube video that we searched for, we still could not get the correct measurements. Finally, all the ladies had to be measured by a seamstress to ensure correct measurements. All the dresses fitted well. All the previous efforts to get measurements would turn out to be worthy.

Size should be paid attention to when ordering dress online. I gave wrong measurements on bust and waist. They asked me to remeasure. Thanks for customer service helping me find the mistake. I corrected and my dress fits perfectly. The shipping is fast. Received my dress in two weeks. It is Gorgeous and fits perfectly.

The replacement dress fit great. All of my bridesmaids ordered here and the dresses turned out fantastic. If I can give a couple pieces of advice:
- Order early in case changes are needed
- Avoid any dress designs with details that look like jewels. The 'jewels' look super cheap (at least in my opinion).
Otherwise, I had a great experience with this company.

I was really scared to order dresses online, especially from this site because the reviews looked fake. I ordered swatches and the colors were nice, fabric was soft. I was still undecided on what company to use, but the company contacted me by e-mail a couple of weeks later to see if I was still interested in ordering dresses. I told them I was apprehensive. They told me to order one dress, and if I didn't like it- They would refund me (and if I like it, they would give me a 10% off code for the bridal party). So I went for it. I ordered my maid of honors dress. It arrived in two weeks- Beautiful color, built in bra, very well made. A little wrinkled because it comes in a bag, but overall very well made. Looked exactly like the photo. When I took it to my MOH it didn't fit quite right. Honestly, I think her measurements were off because she measured herself with a padded bra and jacket, arms up (The company actually e-mailed me twice to confirm the measurements, saying that they seemed off- But she insisted they were right). Colorsbridesmaid told me to take her to a professional for new measurements, and they would replace the dress for $30 (which included the $20 shipping). I just ordered the replacement dress today. I am not worried whatsoever. They have great communication and the dresses are beautiful. Customer service has been top notch.

One thing to mention though is that the colors online aren't true- I highly recommend ordering swatches. I went with Sea Fog, which looks really grey online but it a beautiful shade of muted purple/mauve in person. The dress 100% matched the swatch.

I bought a dress online from this location and it didn't fit. They communicated with me immediately to fix the problem and I ended up still not being able to wear the second dress because my buss line was too large for the style of dress. This company went above and beyond to ensure I was okay and you just don't see that type of customer service anymore!

Poor Quality

I ordered swatches for the colour I intend to use for bridesmaid dresses. I live in the UK so expected to wait for their arrival but they took ages and I received no notifications on estimated arrival etc.! They are also one very fine piece of material so it's impossible to see how the colour will really look under several layers (I paid $10 for the sample). Due to the poor customer service and crappy quality of the sample I definitely wont be using this company.

I was stressing when I order bridesmaid dresses. I live in North Carolina, and one girl is in California and the other in Texas. I can probably get them but they are both in Classes. They were not responsive in giving me their measurements. Thanks the customer service, so patient to deal with my college kids. Spending too much time to get the exact measurements, I worried about the delivery. But they were sent to me timely. They look beautiful. I will recommend the site to any one who ask me about a dress company.

Glad to see my dress

I received my bridesmaids dress yesterday. I'm so pleased of the color, the stitching and the look when I wear it. And the timing, the dress came 3 days earlier than estimated date. The customer service is timely and helpful. They guided me to get the measurements and helped me to check my order status and track shipping. The fitting is good, too. All in all, a pleasant experience here.

The dress arrived earlier this week. It's beautiful! Fits me to a tee! The dahlia color is exactly like the color swatch I ordered here. Satisfied with the service, too. From ordering color swatches to receiving my dress, I have no compliant. Have to say, the service team is very professional, experienced and carefully. They recommended me similar color swatches to see the difference, told me the measurement method to ensure a right size, and confirmed shipping information to guarantee I can receive it timely. Very considerate and politely. I will definitely use the site again and recommend it.

I ordered my dress nearly at the last minute and I was anxious about it. Talked with their customer service staff, they told me they can rush my order but I needed to give them exact measurements to ensure good fitting. I measured according to their methods. After about one week, they informed me that my dress had been shipped out. It arrived to me timely. It fitted me perfectly and the dress was really beautiful on me. I received so many compliments! I was very glad.

Fantastic company! I had to make an emergency purchase and they got it to me just in time at such a reasonable price! The quality was great, the color was perfect and only minor alterations needed to be made. This is my 2nd online review... I was so thrilled with them I took the time to tell their future customers. Their customer service was great too, had a problem ordering and they were in touch via email same day along with a followup email. Just great doing business with so much stress!

Wow I have to say that my dress fits amazing! Id only say that the armholes are a bit snug. But it might have been my measurements. After placing my order I received their email to confirm the height and was asked to offer my shoulder width, armhole, upper bust and lower bust, length from shoulder to bust top and length from shoulder to waist. And I gave them the additional measurements. Also I know i ordered this last minute, I worried whether this will be delivered in time for the wedding. Very fast shipping too! Thank you to all! One less thing to stress about now.
