New review: Outstanding customer service! They have been in touch with me via email and refunded money for the one dress. It appears they are doing everything in their power to make this situation right. I thank them for their responsiveness to this review and their willingness to fix the dress.

Old review: We sent custom measurements and the dress doesn't fit at all. In fact, we can't even make it work because it's just that small. The company was very responsive to our emails, but said it wasn't their fault. It looks like we need to purchase another dress and pray it works this time around. Unfortunately, they gave us absolutely no guidance when asking why the dress didn't fit when measurements were sent. That said, I feel like the dress is made fairly well and lined. Now if we can just get the dress to fit, it would be perfect.

I am a last minute fill in for a bridesmaid. I am also a US size 12, but 5 feet 2 inches. They provided me with custom size service for free and promised to rush the order for me. I feel very sorry that I give them wrong measurements of bust and upper bust. They have to spend extra time to confirm them with me and show me how to get the accurate data.

The dress I ordered here is the same as their pictures shown. Its details are dealt with very well. The embellishments of rhinestones and beading are also in good quality, not cheap looking at all. The chiffon material is soft and comfy to wear, also wrinkle-resistant. I love its cutting and sewing. The price is lower than average level. So cost-effective the dress is.

I firstly ordered 5 color swatches in lantana, silver pink, bridal rose, dusty rose and rosebloom, each $2 without shipping fee. We finally decided to choose dusty rose for the dresses. We were all glad that we got a discount of 5% and free custom measurement service. All 4 dresses arrived within 2-3 weeks and they are in the same color shade with the color swatches that we ordered before. The dresses fitted greatly, no need to do any alteration, surprised and excited!

I just have one complaint. The dresses are all wrinkled in a bag. We had to have them ironed. Hope this can be improved.

I firstly ordered several color samples and liked plum best. Then I ordered my bridesmaid dresses in plum. They told me that the dress was made of satin and the color was different from the plum chiffon sample I ordered. More considerately, they gave me the pictures of the two fabric, from which I can see the slight color difference obviously. I thought satin would work also. Though I did not change, I appreciate their professional service.

I received the dress beautiful. Color is great... It's a size big. It's a little flappy sides. I will find someone to take in 1 1/2 on each side. But it is a gorgeous dress.

I ordered my wedding dress while living in South Korea. The shipping was speedy and economical (as in, the packaging wasn't excessively big so as to cost more). The dress (which was custom-sized) fit almost perfectly (I think I measured my bust wrong, so that was a teeny bit loose) and the fabric quality was awesome. I had ordered a bridesmaid dress from them a year before, and had been extremely pleased with the quality of that, too, so I can say that I have had two very positive experiences with them in two different areas and can recommend them highly. It's hard to beat the price and fabric/sewing quality combination.

We ordered 3 dresses in total in custom sizes, 2 bridesmaid dresses and 1 flower girl dress. In the first order, we accidentally ordered 2 dresses only wanted one. We asked the customer service for help and they was efficient. They helped me canceled one and gave us refund very soon. We also made some mistakes in providing measurements. The staff was very careful and sent us images to tell us how to get accurate measurements, very helpful and and professional. Received the dresses timely and they fit. The dresses looked very beautiful.

I must say, when I first had my bridesmaids order I was nervous. But can I tell you, excellent service! They kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. From the time the order was submitted, until everyone received their dress. If your ordering make sure you always order bigger size if you dont select custom build. One of my bridesmaids did custom build, and the dress was perfect. Everyone else order 2 or 3 sizes up from their original amaerican size. I never thought I would place an order at this site. I researched many companies online and also read many reviews on these companies everywhere including sitejabber. I could not know how to choose. Then I write an e-mail concerning some general questions about bridesmaid dress such as how to avoid color difference, guarantee form-fitting, what is the shipping and return policy. I send the e-mail to all the companies that I collected. From the responses I received, this site aroused my attention. Their customer service team answered my questions very professionally and considerately. They even provided me with illustrations telling me the specific method to get accurate measurements. I contacted with them further. I described the bridals wedding theme, the bridals wedding dress and my preferred bridesmaid dresses. I asked them to recommend some dresses which could not only match the wedding but also satisfy my own preference. They send me several styles and I am satisfied with them. Finally I chose one among them. The whole process of buying here is good. I will receive my dress two weeks later. I will review the dress then.

I received the dresses today. They are very beautiful and fit my bridesmaids perfectly. The customer service is first-class. It was their patience and professional assistance that made my order be correct! They were so carefully to confirm the 4 bridesmaids measurements one by one and could find the abnormal measurements that bridesmaids provided. To be honest, their patience and professionalism were really beyond my expectation. At the time I placed the order, one of my bridesmaid should be having the baby within the next couple weeks. They produced the other 3 dresses firstly and waited the last bridesmaids measurement until she gave birth to a boy baby. They told me that they had reserved some fabrics for the last bridesmaid dress to guarantee the same color. They did! The 4 dresses are in the same color shade, no color difference. They also helped me know exactly the different shades of grey and suggested me to choose platinum. The platinum color looks nice to match the mens tuxedos.
