So these people sent me a dress that was the wrong size! I am a 14 in dresses so I ordered a 16 so I could have the dress tailored to fit my body perfectly. They sent me the wrong size and wrong shade of blue. I spoke with multiple Customer service agents who all ensured me that they would send me a new dress and charge me shipping stating "there is enough time for an exchange" which I agreed too I gave them my exact measurements and was ensured that the dress would be sent to me immediately! Then one of the service agents said my body shape was weird and asked if I could remeasure myself. I asked her to please send me the dress and my measurements were correct (my aunt is a seamstress) 3 weeks later I still dont have a dress (mind you when I ordered my first dress it came within 1 week) and I contact them again asking if they had any shipping information on when I should be receiving my dress and they told me "sorry there isn't enough time for an exchange" okay so let me get this straight I had three separate customer service people tell me that there was enough time and they'd send me my dress immediately now, three weeks later was not even going to tell me that I wasn't going to get my dress so ALL this time I was waiting for a dress that I THOUGHT was coming I could have been going to someplace else to get a dress so I could match the other bridesmaids. This is absolutely ridiculous the dress was picked out for all the bridesmaids and now i "have to find a dress locally" and not match the other girls? This is the absolute WORST customer service i have ever had!

SINCE DAY ONE, EVERY SINGLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD HAS BEEN PITIFUL AND LAUGHABLE! IVE HAD BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SATAN!
I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CHEAP, INTOLERABLE, "customer service agents" AGAIN! No one knows what's going on they all have a story that's convenient for them. I am telling EVERYONE never to get a dress from them mind you I am a wedding and event planner. Have fun with your business now! Hopefully you treat your other customers better then you've treated an entire wedding party!
