I had ordered a dress from here before with good customer service and a beautiful dress. Several of my friends recently used this company for their bridesmaids dresses and it went pretty well. I chose the Jane for my six bridesmaids. The only good thing about this past experience was that most of my girls got their dresses earlier than they said. Three out of the six dresses were too big, one had a broken zipper, one had a horrible smell and had to be returned, and the customer service was really bad. The cap sleeves are not how they are shown in the picture, and the navy color is very dark. I was very unimpressed and displeased. In the end, I do like the dresses and several of my bridesmaids have said they are very comfortable, but I will not be recommending this company to anyone.
