I typically don't leave reviews, but I had to for this one! I ordered two blankets and with SO many websites out there, I wasn't exactly sure what to expect or if the quality would be there. But it ABSOLUTELY is! I ordered the Sherpa throw and was completely happy! They are SO soft and the quality is outstanding as far the the photos and the blanket. My kids are jealous they aren't getting one, haha. Highly Recommend! Order time, shipping, and customer service were equally as great!

I love Collage.com---but I had made a huge mistake on an order and sent it to the wrong address. The 1st person I chatted with basically said "sorry a label was created and there's nothing I can do"... I asked for tracking numbers for this order and was provided with wrong tracking numbers---UPS had no record of this package. So I tried Collage chat again and here's where Freya enters the picture! She was SUPER supportive and totally resolved my issue within 5 minutes! Seriously---SHE is the reason I will create more with Collage.com. I've created over 85 projects and I will continue to do so in the future! She is the real Santa Claus!

I had taken a once in a lifetime trip to Madagascar. I made the best photos from the trip into a calendar. When it arrived I was sad to see all the images were dark. Very dark. They were not dark when I saw them on my laptop or when I created the calendar. So I was very surprised and disappointed to see the printed calendar so dark. I contacted customer service to let them know how unhappy I was but didn't expect any reply and began wrapping by now disappointing Christmas gifts. Within a few hours I received a reply saying they would color correct the images and reprint the calendar at no additional cost. Wow! I was not expecting that. Thank you Collage for having an exceptional customer service policy. And a very special thank you to Alaina, you save Christmas for me. -Amanda, Arlington VA

I was expecting items that weren't high quality because of the prices. Little did I know upon receiving my items (a collage pillow and memory book), that my items were great quality and actually turned out way better than expected! I got these for my mother for the holidays, seeing as we will be moving away from her. I gave them to her early and she's in love with them! Even started crying, thank you collage.com for making such beautiful gifts! Definitely recommend! Now to order some for my mother in law!

I called to inquire about a promotion I received in an email. I knew I would not be able to finish the product before the time ran out for the promotion and called Collage.com to ask for help. Lily offered me an alternative option which was great! She also explained in great detail, about vouchers that I've had for about five and a half years that I had not used yet, because I was getting ready to finally complete a project and use a voucher, and I had a LOT of questions. Lily was patient, professional, pleasant to deal with, asked other folks for an answer if she didn't have it (like twice, out of the tons of questions I asked her) and she did it very professionally and calmly the entire time (we were on the phone a while because I had one question that led to another, and another, and another... she was 100% professional AND pleasant the entire time. It's refreshing to find someone on the other end of the phone, when you have lots of questions, and they answer every single question, with kindness and patience. Lily H. Really is awesome! I am ecstatic on how my Collage canvas looks. The colors were crisp and clear. My work did not loose any detail. I appreciate the fact that Collage presents so many layout choices. The actual workmanship done to create my canvas is neat and concise. This is the best I've seen up to now and I've used other companies prior. Lastly when I had an issue regarding delivery from USPS Customer Service was superb in responding to, interacting with and assisting me in resolving it.
