I purchased 3 blanket vouchers for a total of $240.00. These have no expiration date. I tried to use them tonight and discovered that their website is shut down. They never notified anyone that they were closing the site, or that they SOLD the company. There was NO warning to use our vouchers.
This company are deadbeats. I have seen many complaints like mine this evening.
I'm seeking legal recourse.
The company owners names are Joe Golden and Kevin Borders.
They are both off on new ventures with millions of dollars they made from collage.com, stiffing thousands of customers in the process!

I have used this website several times, and no issue with the collages or delivery times. However in early October, my collage was not centered and they could not help, so they gave me credit to reorder. I now have time to reorder and their website is down, but no one is responding to me. I REALLY want to use my credit before Christmas, not lose it!

I have nothing but good things to say about collage.com they had great quality, prices and production time. I'm so sad to hear they are not taking orders anymore. They are finishing up any orders already placed but once those are fullfilled they seem to be shutting down. Sad to see them go. Definitely a loss to the photography community.

I had purchased so many of your offers for the holidays! I am so upset! I feel betrayed that you couldn't have given your loyal customers more notice. I had 2 almost finished for their birthdays, got Covid and was too sick to finish until now. I am so disappointed in this Company right now! Please help your customers finish their projects!

I have experienced the way business should be done by all companies! Unique ways of capturing memories, A user friendly website, I received exactly what I ordered, affordable, excellent customer service! I have only used Collage for three orders and on the third there was a mistake made and not caught until after it was shipped they helped me make it right and then some! I am a customer for life, and would recommend their services to anyone! Please don't ever change!

Unhappy with my long-time resource for creating greeting cards from my bird photos; I tried Collage for a few images. Though the site offers many options in designs and colors, their customer service agents are very limited in design assistance. When I ran into problems multiple times in creating a border around an image on the front of the card; customer service was of little help. I doubt I will use this site again to create cards. But I did order a poster collage of several of my bird images and I am pleased with the results. The collage was easy to create and no doubt as their name implies, collages, not cards, are their forte.

Since I started being on collage I must say I been beyond happy with their wrk everything I ever order they made sure me & my luv ones I gtta things for luv them so must Thank you for all items I ever order was beyond perfect beautiful. Thank Again!

We ordered a 24x20 picture we took in Alaska on metal.
It turned out so beautiful. I will always use Collage to do all pics from now on!
The price is very good and we received it very fast! This is the place to go for all ur picture needs!

I first ordered a puzzle for my 87 yr old mom. Used a picture of her and my sisters little dogs. She absolutely loved it. And for Father's day I had a fleece lap blanket with a picture of just their little chihuahua Suki. My Dad has Alzheimers, parkinsons and multiple myeloma at age 88. Mom said he cried when he opened it. He will be going into care facility soon as his mobility is bad. Now he can take Suki with him. Best place to get one of a kind gifts. Easy to do website. I love this place.

I have used this site many times and have always gotten A-one quality and results. Customer service is the best I've ever seen - helpful beyond belief and professional, polite, understanding and knowledgeable. Word limit prevents me from raving about Collage.com but check them out and view some of their work. I started off lost, but they helped me create many wonderful things for my family and friends. It can be fun once you get into it! Below are my photos I uploaded- they came out perfect on masks, bags, pillows, magnets and especially beautiful blankets and throws.

My first order with them was seamless.

There's a bit of a hiccup on the delivery of my second order. They are staying in contact. But whatever ever delivery provider must be blind or dyslexic,

Orlando Florida is a very small city. Yet, for days now, my order seems to be bouncing from courier to courier. So this is the last time I use this company for any of my needs.

Ordered my custom 11x14 collage for my dad who passed away just weeks before May 6th for my wedding June 4th. Package arrived in New Jersey shipping center on May 11th, and has not moved-im on Long Island. I contacted customer service and after 24hrs was told they will remake and reship a new one, with an arrival date far after my wedding. They have no regard for commitment or responsibility and you should not waste your time money dealing with a company that has no sense of urgency for their customers.

I have purchased many blankets, pillows and canvases from Collage. All have been expertly done and appreciated by those who received them. The old pictures I submitted turned out better than the originals. Their customer service is excellent, far better than most. I highly recommend this company/website.

I sent a picture my daughter made for her teacher and the process was easy and it was beautiful my daughter and my mom loved how they made her picture come to life.

Can't review the items I ordered as they are still sitting at The Mail Innovations in Butner NC for the last 6 days. Read the reviews for this facility as this is where packages go to die! Can't believe a reputable company like Collage would use such a sub standard Mail service. Must be cheap but is it worth losing your customers?

I've used this company twice and both time they left me speechless! The first time I ordered a blanket for my friend for her birthday she absolutely loved it the size was really bigger than expected and the softness was perfect. The second time I ordered a book for myself of my kids. I didn't expect a hardcover and my babies on the front made me cry. It was very easy to navigate and change pictures. I'm already planning on making books for my family and friends! They completely won me over!

Amazing customer service, great product materials, fair pricing, and great shipping time. The pictures were clear and accurate.
I have purchased many items for myself and as gifts and they were well loved. I have a few other projects in progress.
