I spoke with a fellow named Derek, who greatly relieved my worries about my vouchers expiration date! I'm having blankets made for two of my pre-school students whose mother is battling stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, for which there is no cure. Due to her illness it's taken longer to get pictures around and Derek gave me a 6 month extension which is more than enough time to do these exactly the way she wants them! It's very important to her and I thank you!

I had a book made up which contained old black & white pictures, faded diary pages, all of which could have been less than satisfactory. However, the hard cover book turned out absolutely better than I ever expected. While I was working on the project, I was able to chat online with a real person and get the help I needed to complete some functions. They responded right away and were able to resolve my questions immediately. And, I received the order 4 days early--on a Friday--didn't have to anxiously wait over the weekend, how good is that! Highly recommend this company!

I was starting to get a bit nervous after reading all of these negative reviews, but I got my collage blanket today ( only 1 day later than expected) and it was beautiful! I put 38 pics on this blanket and every image was clear and vivid! The blanket is soft and of nice quality and will be a keepsake in years to come. I hope that this company has worked out some of the problems they were experiencing, because their product is unique and totally awesome! I used collage.com to purchase a memorial picture blanket for my wife and something went wrong with the shipping. I contacted their support staff and within minutes they had corrected the error and resent my order. I will definitely be ordering from them again. I've ordered a few canvas and metallic prints, and they are excellent quality. The shipping is surprisingly fast for a customized item. I found collage.com when I bought a living social deal for the site. I would gladly pay full price and will continue to shop with them in the future! One of my prints was a little off skew and really bothered me once I hung it on the wall. I filled out a super quick survey, mentioned the error, and got an almost immediate response saying they're sending me a new one that is centered. For free. Now that is great customer service! A+

I haven't seen the products yet since delivered elsewhere for me to collect since a surprise, HOWEVER; customer service is simply amazing. I created five items, taking a chance at this for the first time. I had some questions via their chat and email several times. WOW! Answered right away even though the company is in Michigan and my alma mater is The Ohio State University (rivals). On a chat, we joked about that! Again, can't wait to see the creations but so far amazing company!

Very disappointed, being told I had a longer period of time to order and now being told I missed the deadline for placing my order and that nothing would be received until January even with expediting, this upsets me for the sole purpose of places not being all on the same page! If collage.com is going to do business with other pages, groupon, living social etc they need them to post these dates now I will be no longer ordering and will find another company to go with, the joys of military lifestyle nothing ever ends up the way we want and collage.com has let me know that there is absolutely nothing that can be done to have the blankets in by the holidays so my money will go else where I guess...

I have just recently discovered Collage.com and have ordered 3 projects in the last several weeks. Every one of them has exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, and they have all been received before the estimated delivery date!

I designed a fairly complex 12 month calendar, 4 sets of coasters, and Christmas Cards using custom artwork. The software offered a broad selection of formats, colors and fonts to choose from, and was relatively intuitive such that I quickly got the knack of how to create and manage my projects.

This is a website u can create photo collages to print on different mediums with an appropriate pay. U can also download your collages. Its really cool and u can customize your photos very easily. It provides chat with the employees of the website to clear your doubts regarding the website and as far as i know this is only website i found on Google which we can create photo collages without the need of adobe flash player. While placing an order online I had difficulty rectifying the number of photos allowed for a pillow and verifying the earlier motion of checking a black backing. My pillow quickly arrived but had a white backing and the pictures appeared crooked on the front. I have previously ordered from this company with 100% positive results so emailed my concerns as Collage.com noted to do if not completely satisfied. I quickly received a response and after they viewed my pillow picture I was informed that they were sending me another pillow. I am blown away that a company still exists that stands behind their product and clients in this manner. I will continue to give my business to this excellent company!

Customer service is TOP notch! Love them, product is great, always very pleased! I had an issue with the post office not delivering one of our projects, after calling numerous times at the post office to no avail the package had been marked as delivered but we never got it. I contacted collage.com and within minutes we had a solution and they sent me my project again! Without hesitation the best service and always high quality results!
