I'm truly thrilled by their quality and pricing, I have received and sent about 2 of their products including 2 mugs and a photo book. Products are reasonably priced and their quality is always unbelievably good. I'm someone who doesn't write too many reviews but I felt obliged to leave a good review for them. They also have many sales year-round so definitely check them out. Love them I hope they continue their work like this and maintain their competitive prices and amazing quality. 100% recommended.

Collage.com did amazing work on my orders, would recommend to anyone that would love to have a beautiful keepsake of their pet or child, the truly best thing I have ever spent money on, and am looking forward to placing my next order.

I ordered three blankets form Collage.com, one on 11/23/20 for $46.97 which arrived promptly and I was very satisfied with. The other two I ordered on 12/13/20 (Similar blankets). These blankets were now $104.98 each, I'm sure the increased pricing had to do with expedited printing but I was charged $25.00 shipping on each of the blankets even though they were going to the same address. They were guaranteed for Christmas so I decided to buy them anyway. These were blankets for my granddaughters to remember their Aunt, my daughter who passed away 4 years ago and this would be a very special gift for them. Sadly, they didn't arrive for Christmas and UPS tracking states they will not be here until 12/28/20. Collage.com attempted to compensate me for the inconvenience (A refund of $29.97?) but I don't think they made enough of an attempt to rectify the situation. I will not order from them again.

They do exceptional work. I got it like a week early and I am so thrilled at the final product. The quality is great it's nice and thick and soft too. The pictures themselves are beautiful almost like a actual picture. They are awesome and very helpful customer Service I recommend them to anyone. Thank you collage.com.

I wanted special 50 year old birthday gifts for my four best friends, and Collage's canvas with floating frames were the perfect, high-end product. I provided a jpg picture and it turned out perfectly on the canvas and I could not be happier with the finished product and timeliness of delivery. Thank you Collage!

My daughter and her son lost their husband and father. I placed an order for a blanket on a Thursday (1 day before the funeral services) by the following Thursday, I had already received it! The blanket is beautiful and very good quality! It was so easy to create and process. I will be using this website again and definitely recommending it to all my family and friends.

I used Collage.com for Christmas presents - picture collages made into puzzles. Arrived quickly, perfectly, and my family really appreciated the thoughtful gifts.

As I was preparing for a trip with different extended family, I thought it would be fun to order another collage puzzle to bring along. Unfortunately, something happened and though the post office tracked and it showed delivered, I did not receive it. I filed a brief order issue on Collage.com easy to use website and heard back within MINUTES with offers to ship another, overnight, to my family's vacation destination hoping we can get it in time! I sincerely felt like the agent cared and he made it so easy and painless. I could not be more thrilled with this refreshingly kind and uncomplicated great service.

I'm a real person with no attachment to this company. They say 100% satisfied. The book arrived ahead of schedule and was really good. One minor issue was 2 page corners were stuck together (I assume from the photo chemicals not being 100% dry. When I pulled them apart, they frayed a little bit. I wrote and said no big deal, and explained what had happened with a picture attached. I said I don't want anything, just wanted them to know. They insisted on sending me a second copy of the book (with non-stick pages) at no cost which arrived within 3 days. I've on ly seen customer service like this a few times in my life from companies like Victorinox (Swiss Army Knife), Ray Ban, and L. L. Bean. Very Impressive!

Collage makes beautiful products! I gave several as Christmas gifts this year. Our faves are the sherpa blankets and sequined pillows(so fun!). However, the place where Collage truly shines is when there is an issue with an item. I had 2 items with carrier issues(holidays, it happens!), and Collage immediately sent me out new items. Without any problem & with a warm note of thanks for my business. They are leading by example of how customer service could be done in an online retail space. I also worked for Collage as a seasonal employee this year & saw things from both sides of the business(but am no longer employed there and have no incentive to post any review) This company is absolutely the standard.
