I order a 60 by 80 blanket from collage and the blanket is super soft, the pictures came out perfect and the shipping was super fast! Great experience and would love to work with collage in the future and order from them again! If you want anything personalized definitely go to collage! You won't be disappointed!
I got my order within 4 days and I ordered a iPhone XR case and a iPhone 11 but they gave me a iPhone 11 Pro and gave me somebody else's phone case that was a XR it was printed ok just they messed up on the order

I bought two phone cases from here and the quality is super good. I love how sleek and thin they look. And they are way cheaper than casetify or any other phone case company. Also, when I bought my phone cases, they said it was going to be here on the 24th but it got here on the 17th! I will forever be buying my phone cases from here!

Ordered a blanket. They told me they shipped it out beginning of August. It's now mid September and no blanket.

I ordered a beautiful collage print. But I accidentally ordered it in the wrong size (too large). When it came I realized my mistake. I went on the chat and spoke with Alaina who put in a new ordered for me in the correct size as a courtesy replacement. She just did it without me asking. So kind! It's not often we get great customer service and a courtesy replacement without a hassle and this truly was an easy and heartwarming experience. My canvas that is too large, did turn out absolutely beautiful! And I am looking forward to receiving the new one.

I ordered two different blankets as gifts. The recipient has told me that the quality is outstanding and the photos are great quality! I had cancelled on in error and when I reordered it the coupon I had used could not be used. I called Customer Support and they refunded the difference for the coupon. They are just amazing!

We ordered the throw as an 80th birthday gift for our mom. We used a photo of her as a toddler - a very old photo! We chose the roses for the back. Her phone call to us upon receiving it was priceless. She was in tears and was so happy with the throw! Photos from her showed it was beautiful and a perfect size. Thank you Collage.Com for making her day so special when we couldn't be there because of the Virus. We will be ordering from you again!

The cards we ordered for our daughters wedding to be used as favors were great. The quality of the product was very good. The problem lies with the packaging and shipping! No padding between boxes of cards left them all scratched and many broken. 11 of 20 boxes were broken. The company was wonderful about replacing them. But today when we opened the replacement order, this is what we find! The box rattled like broken glass which was our first clue. So now a 3rd order is on the way. Again, company is very friendly and willing to make things right. Its the packaging department that makes them look bad. Get some bubble wrap for heavens sake!
I have ordered many items in the past and have been very happy, but not with this order. I ordered 3 calendars and the first issue was this: because nowhere on the package was it marked " DO NOT BEND", the mailman folded the package in half and shoved it into the mailbox, creasing all 3 calendars. If your items are being sent by USPS in a soft package like an envelope, it really should be marked DO NOT BEND. Also disappointing was the fact that I placed all family birthday dates on the calendars and they came with no dates at all. Not happy with that.

I ordered a tote bag with a photo of my sister's dog as a gift for her. I expected it to be cute and quirky, but it actually turned out to be beautiful. The photo is of her dog with blue sky in the background. I had expected a medium sized rectangle of the photo printed on one side of the bag, but the photo was printed edge to edge on the bag and on both sides. Extremely well done, brilliant colors, good clarity.
I love their books and blankets. Collage offers free canvas 8x10s. By the time you pay shipping and tax it is adds up to more than Walmart prices. Beware of anything for free. Is anything really free?

Hi Zee, this is Shell with Collage.com. We are hiring about 100-120 CS reps. However, we do receive thousands of applications so unfortunately we do need to reject a large number of them. The interview process is two steps: a verbal video interview and a take home exercise. This is all outlined in the public facing job description when candidates apply for the position so there should be no surprises. We do not ask candidates to post any products to facebook, so perhaps the directions of the take home exercise were misunderstood in this case.
