They actually make you take an assessment and have you advertise for them by posting a product on your personal Facebook page... DON'T BE SCAMMED BY THEM!

Hi Zee, this is Shell with Collage.com. We are hiring about 100-120 CS reps. However, we do receive thousands of applications so unfortunately we do need to reject a large number of them. The interview process is two steps: a verbal video interview and a take home exercise. This is all outlined in the public facing job description when candidates apply for the position so there should be no surprises. We do not ask candidates to post any products to facebook, so perhaps the directions of the take home exercise were misunderstood in this case. We rely on the marketing experts in our team for our advertisement, not on our candidates. With that said, we do always appreciate our wonderful customers posting their products at their own discretion.
