I will never purchase from here again. This photo means so much to me. I can't believe they would even send me a blanket that looks nothing like the picture. My brother's eyes are blacks out. U can barely see our faces. The quality is poor and the blanket is not clear at all. My brother was murdered by a stranger. Police say wrong place wrong time. This collage meant everything to me. I waited anxiously for it. Only to be hurt and disappointed.
I order from this site fairly regularly. Their products are very high quality -- I've never had an issue with their products.

After 17 days I still hadnt received my book and UPS was no help. I contacted Collage.com and they immediately shipped me a replacement one at no charge. They responded right away, best customer service! I have made several books and also pillows and they are great quality and easy to maneuver their website to customize your project. 5 stars!

The Blanket that I had ordered came out better than I expected! This is my first time doing something like this and I just uploaded pictures from my phone. I read that a lot of times when people do this it comes out very blurry. Well I didn't see any complaints on this site about it and they had a great return policy so I figured I'd give it a try. It came out beautifully and I will most definitely be using them again!
These eyesores of humanity literally do not let you contact them about your order. I have already tried so no one gets butt hurt. No way to contact them. This taught me to read reviews before hand.
I ordered a picture puzzle of 3 of my grandchildren. I was thoroughly satisfied! The puzzle was of high quality and you could hardly see the pieces when the puzzle was put together. I had ordered a picture puzzle from another company and was not satisfied at all. I will definitely order from Collage again.
Terrible quality. I emailed them asking why my photos were cropped in an album in all the wrong places and why the photos were such bad quality. They told me that it was because I cropped it and messed up the quality of my images myself. I definitely did not pay a couple thousand dollars on my wedding day and make an album only to have my images so low quality. I also definitely did not crop off all the heads of my family members including myself. I wouldn't have left a bad review if I didn't spend so much time making this stupid album. This would be good for someone who CANT SEE.
I ordered this a month before I needed it. I was assured online before ordering that it would arrive in time for Fathers Day. Not only did it not come in time, it didn't arrive at all! They claim to send it UPS but UPS claims they have it to the post office to deliver. I get it. It happens. But now no one knows where it is. I contacted the company for a tracking number and they weren't able to provide me with one. The last scan was on June 16th. I emailed and was told I would get a refund but still haven't received anything. So disappointed and so sad I wasn't one of the people that got to enjoy the product. Won't be ordering from here again, and will never recommend.

I ordered the Sherpa throw for my daughter's birthday and found the website super easy to navigate through and upload my pictures. I was informed every step of the way from placing my order, delivery, and even an email to ask if I received it. As said on the website the pictures were truly vibrant and clear and I was very impressed with the quality of the throw, very soft just as described. It was a wonderful pleasure dealing with collage.com. The throw is beautiful and I am extremely happy with my purchase.

I have purchased canvas art before and so I am familiar with the various companies out there. What makes Collage at least a step better is the customer service. Not only do they go out of their way to answer your questions, they make your mistakes their mistakes. I have trouble discerning color in my photos when I transfer them to the website. Sometimes, the result is not what I intended. If you just ask, Elena, or Melissa or Susan will be happy to help. This, I think, separates them from the others.
I was so excited to buy something customized and so cute for my Mom for Mothers Day. It was already going to come about 10 days late when I ordered it because I dont have that much money to pay $30 for shipping. I made sure no pictures were cut off and spent about 3 hours making sure everything was perfect. May 19 came around (the day it was supposed to be delivered) and it still wasnt there. The package came on May 22. That was already a big problem because May 19 was already too late. When the picture book came SOME PICTURES WERE CUT OFF. $30 for pictures to be cut off ok
This company is fantastic! They reach out on a personal level to see if you are happy with the product. I was very happy with everything, however, I didn't gauge the brightness on one photo in my collage-it was my error, yet they let me re-order free of charge! I offered to pay shipping and they refused. I will be getting many gifts and such from this company in the future. Keep up the stellar service and outstanding product!
