They do exceptional work. I got it like a week early and I am so thrilled at the final product. The quality is great it's nice and thick and soft too. I have created a blanket - which came out fantastic, clear pictures and super soft - and only upon receiving it did I notice an error (MY error)... - :( OMG. This was for a "round" birthday and I had no choice to order another one. I reached out to customer service, and they immediately send my a discount code, so I could order a new blanket

Currently with the world situations we live in and being apart from family I wanted to do something special for my grandparents hours away and my dad in a nursing home to help bring some warmth to them. I gathered hundreds of past and present pictures for each person to have their own person blanket. AMAZING. We could not have been more pleased with the cost and quality of each blanket! They are BEAUTIFUL! I blanket my dad's did have an ink smudge on the white border however I've never experienced such amazing customer service! No questions asked they quickly fixed the error at 0 cost to me and absolutely no hassle if the blankets alone didnt make me want to write a review the customer service associate / team was amazing. I will definitely be spreading nothing but great things! Amazing work guys well done. I appreciate you!

My order was a family portrait book, 12" x 12" 20 pages, hard cover, 5 copies. The book quality was great. My gripe is the shipping charge is a rip off. The 5 copies as packaged weighed 7#, and USPS media rate for this package is $6. Collage.com's shipping charge was $55. Yes I knew the rate when I placed the order, but with my investment of time in laying the book out I decided to bite the bullet and proceed. But I will never order from Collage.com again.

I ordered one for my boyfriend, as we live in different cities and I wanted to surprise him for our anniversary. The creation process was easy and had instructions, even tips on how to place the photos so they'd look good. I saw some negative reviews on the delivery but mine delivered five days early! The quality is spectacular, and my boyfriend says the blanket is really soft. The price was amazing and I couldn't be happier!

I wanted to buy my sister a custom sequence pillow with a picture of our bunny on it. I purchased the 16X16 sequence pillow with the picture on the front, a custom back, and an insert. When my order arrived, it was MUCH different than the picture online showed it would be. There were white spots all over, and loose strings/sequences. The back was supposed to be dark grey, however was more green than anything. I contacted support that night and has a response in a little over a day. I started speaking to an agent name Will B over email. He was courteous, helpful, patient, and understanding. I sent him pictures of the problem product and he apologized for how it came out. After listening to my concerns, he offered me a voucher to buy a replacement product and even recommended what pillow he thought I should get. I opted for the 20X20 poplin with insert, based on his recommendation. I even created a collage of pictures on it. When it arrived, it looked EXACTLY as how I created it online. The pictures were crisp and beautiful! My sister loves her new pillow! I am very impressed with Collage's customer service and how quickly and efficiently they fixed my order. Will B had amazing customer service skills and I am very thankful for my new pillow. I will definitely order from Collage again.

I had some issues with a puzzle ordered from here where it did not match the description. When I emailed them about it they were really good about replacing the puzzle and yet the puzzle still did not match the description and this happened three times. All three times the puzzle was not what it should have been and several of the pieces were not cut clear through. The customer service people were very nice and friendly and tried to help out as much as they could, but I would never get another puzzle from here.
