I'd like to comment not only the company Collage but it's Customer Service Representative Jason. I recently placed an order for a puzzle; using a photo of lighthouses that I provided. There was an issue with the puzzle. Not entirely the company's fault. I contacted customer service via e-mail and was answered back by Jason. Jason wrote me several times and each time was professional and courteous. He followed my issue and thanks to him it was resolved. I am highly satisfied. I ordered a birthday gift for my husband on 10 December 2019. On 21 January 2020 I still didnt receive it. Clearly it was gone. I tried to get them either to locate it or to resend by DHL or a similar service. They refused. They spoke nicely but zero help. I asked for the refund which they said they agreed to (oh thanks you're willing to pay me back for the product you never gave me?) but I have yet to see the account being credited. What's worse is that I receive their spam asking me if the recipient liked my gift: no my husband never saw the gift. But the cherry on top of the cake is that they delete bad reviews and block you from social media. Good reviews not to be trusted.
They shipped and delivered before the date they had told me which was really great! Had a small problem with the printing and they immediately sent me out another blanket and didn't even expect the old one back. Quick response to my emails and very friendly customer service. Definitely recommend them for any creations you have!

Excellent customer service. Took THREE WEEKS to show up. That's WAY TOO SLOW even for Standard service. And my puzzle showed up with very high resolution but SUPER HIGH GLOSS! I've never seen a high gloss puzzle before. It doesn't feel right and will be too hard to see to put together because of all the reflectiveness. Sure had high hopes! But in the end, they barely reach dead average.
After 50 years of anniversary, birthday, Christmas, Mother's Day and Valentines Day presents, I finally got it right! When my wife opened the Christmas present that I gave her the look on her face made my day as she said "Wow, this is the best present you ever gave me". I gave her a sherpa blanket and poplin pillow loaded with pictures of our seven grandkids. I was really amazed with how great the pictures show on the material. I was very pleased with the whole process, the web site is top notch making it very easy and fun to design the blanket. The hardest part was deciding which pictures to leave out because I have too many pictures. The shipping was very fast and Ariana from Customer Service was terrific in dealing with an issue that was entirely my fault. They sent out a replacement blanket with only days left before Christmas and I received it in time. I don't often leave reviews (except when I have something to complain about) but in this case I'm so satisfied and this company is so good that I felt compelled to write about it. I give Collage.com an excellent rating in all categories.
When I first used this site I really enjoyed it - very user friendly, good customer service and pleased with the end result. Unfortunately, I am creating another photo book with them and several of the editing tools have been removed, which will increase the time it takes to complete my project exponentially. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED (probably a lot to do with something that was so useful become so cumbersome).
I do appreciate their option to chat with someone online for assistance, although that is now more difficult to do as well (used to be an option on the page you were working on and now you have to hunt for it)
I purchased the iPhone 11 pro custom phone case from them a few weeks before Christmas for my wife. It came quickly and was not damaged. However, the image on the case was total garbage. It was WAY darker than the original, blown out and pixelated. The website does not support uploading a large uncompressed raw file which does not help with their terrible print job. It really feels like they printed the case using an at home printer.

Collage makes beautiful products! I gave several as Christmas gifts this year. Our faves are the sherpa blankets and sequined pillows(so fun!). However, the place where Collage truly shines is when there is an issue with an item. I had 2 items with carrier issues(holidays, it happens!), and Collage immediately sent me out new items. Without any problem & with a warm note of thanks for my business. They are leading by example of how customer service could be done in an online retail space. I also worked for Collage as a seasonal employee this year & saw things from both sides of the business(but am no longer employed there and have no incentive to post any review) This company is absolutely the standard.
Poorly made photo blanket. Super thin, nearly see through and completely unusable. The photos printed okay, but the overall quality of the blanket is horrible. Customer service refunded my shipping since it was delivered after it's expected date. And they refunded me after I shared how disappointed I was in the product. Although they were kind, I wish I didn't waste my time with this photo blanket at all.
Bad first try for me, but Collage came right back and made it perfect! I am really grateful for their assistance and for working so hard to right a wrong/mistake. They over delivered by getting the new ornament to me in time for Christmas. My daughter and son in law LOVED their wedding photo ornament. THANK YOU. LMB
The first mug I ordered didn't come out as I wanted because I was not able to move the pictures on the website. I let CR know after checking in on my satisfaction, and they sent me a charge free corrected mug! Super thankful, will definitely be coming back to order sentimental gifts :)
I recently purchased a 60" fleece blanket as a Christmas gift. The website was totally easy to navigate, uploading the photos and arranging the pictures were also very easy and the delivery time was so efficient I was pleasantly surprised.
And if that was not enough, I also received an email saying I was entitled to a free baby blanket. WhichAnd if that was not enough, I also received an email saying I was entitled to a free baby blanket, which I totally took advantage of! The clarity of the pictures on both blankets turned out amazing, I would definitely recommend this website and will use them again in the future!
I recently purchased two puzzle pictures from this website and from the moment I purchased them, everything went downhill. It was around the holidays and they told me my shipment would be here by the 24th. As of the 19th nothing had been shipped so I decided to call the company. Someone let me know that my items were up next in the queue and they should be heading my way very soon and there was no reason why I shouldn't get it by the 24th and that I shouldn't worry. Fast forward to the 22nd and I still haven't received a shipping notification so I contact the company again. I was told by chat that unfortunately my items were delayed and I would now not get them until the 26th but that hopefully they would ship within the next 24 to 48 hours. I called them a couple hours later and all of a sudden they told me that my items had already shipped before I even chatted with the first person but the other person had no idea that they had already been shipped. Fast forward to 4 days later I received one package that contained only one of the two items I bought. I try and call the company again but was on hold for 40 minutes. 1 day after I receive a shipping notification that my second item has finally shipped. I called the company and got through and they tell me that their items always ship separately and that there's no way to determine if they will be printed at the same time. There is absolutely no reason that one item should come a week after the second item and both of them being delayed. Collage.com said there was nothing they could do. I advised them that they should post all of these clarifications to their website. I regret ordering from this website and will definitely not be using them for future purchases or gifts.
I submitted pics of my grandson to be made into a collage and admittedly they were not the best quality so when I received the collage it was not what I had hoped for. I must also say I had never used this company before and of course we always worry when we order for the first time online.
