I ordered 3 mugs from collage.com when they arrived the looked amazing the printing was top quality I couldn't have been happier until I noticed a small misprint on one. So I contacted customer service and they were quick effective and easily got me a replacement shipped out to me. Everyone makes mistakes but its what you do to correct them that counts and I was very happy with how this was handled and I will definitely be using this website again.
Ordered 2 photo blankets for Christmas. They came today. They are without a doubt more than I expected! They are so clear and soft. I cant wait for them to be opened for Christmas!
I have ordered throughout the years from this company and have had an amazing experience every time. I've only ever had two issues with when an item would be delivered with this most recent one being an issue with where I live and the lack of expedited shipping to Hawaii. Their website warned about that. When I had one representative tell me something that turned out not to be possible given my location, they were absolutely amazing in responding to me, following up within a few hours and going above and beyond to even issue a credit when they didn't need to. I have done online shopping throughout the years and this is by far the BEST customer service company I've ever experience. Not only that but their quality in photo blankets is amazing and in my opinion their photo books are such a better quality than Shutterfly. I ordered a blanket for my Father who is 83, I was nervous about the pictures. Like how the pictures would look! So I took most of the families pictures so I could tell if they were good! An I was So Happy

I have been using collage.com for several years now to create photo calendars for my family for Christmas and every year I get 50+ calendars earlier than expected. This year I chose to do a full bleed and it was a mistake, heads in the photos were cut by the binding and the precut hanging hole. I expressed my issue to their support team and they replied the same day allowing me to fix the issue and reorder my calendars free of charge.

Hello, I had a blanket made for my daughter who recently lost her Chihuahua who was 14 years old. I have never had a photo anything made before so was nervous but saw the great reviews for this company. I'm so glad I went with Collage.com. The site is fairly intuitive and if you try to modify anything and it doesn't take, just leave the project; logging out completely and return to it later it will usually refresh and work.
I just received the blanket and even though it is a bit thinner than I was expecting, it actually is better this way. It is extremely soft and the sherpa back is nice enough to use year round. They live in Wyoming where it gets cold so that's why I went with the sherpa but honestly, they will be able to use this year round.
The color is vibrant and it literally looks just like the photo. It's so beautiful and couldn't be more perfect. This will be a Christmas gift and I'm sure we'll need lots of tissue when it's opened... Thank you Collage.com! I will use this site for all of my personalized gifts.

I ordered a personalized item as a Christmas gift for my sister in New York, during shipment something went astray and the item never made it to my sister. I notified the company and within an hour I was notified that another item was being made and will be in N. Y. before Christmas. I have never had a more pleasant online shopping experience. I will definitely use this company again and I will spread the word of how great it is.
Got my blanket today and it was of someone elses loved one, Was told by collage donate to shelter very poor service Said they are printed at a 3rd party printing co that they have no way of tracking this, Needless to say someone else got the blanket of my kitties that passed on this year tried to post the pic of what I received on collage.com facebook page to find the owner of this blanket but they refused to approve the post, Very poor service
I was excited to use collage.com as opposed to my normal go-to company because the options and selection seemed to be more in line in what I wanted for this retirement gift. The email I received said my gift should arrive on the 11th, which was 10 days after my order and perfect timing. The update I received then said it would arrive on the 9th, which gave me time to ooh and ahh over it. However, now the item isn't set to arrive until after the 14th and will miss the retirement party by several days. I've now disappointed an entire school and the family of this band director, so no matter how good the print is or isn't, it no longer matters. You'd think for the amount of money I paid in shipping that the company would guarantee a delivery date, but from now on I'll just deal with a company that does. I live in Canada and used to buy products off this site every year especially around Christmas time. But this year when I customized some gifts and tried to order they don't ship products (that I have bought before) internationally anymore. It has happened more then once and it's a real shame that they lost me as a customer and it sucks
