Due to a shipping error my Christmas gifts were sent to an old address six hours from my current residence. There was no way that I was going to be able to retrieve them before the holiday because I was flying out of town with the gifts. Nikki in customer service went above and beyond and re-ordered my canvas, and added rush shipping to make sure that it got to me before I went out of town. This was more than I was expecting and all I could hope for! I will forever be ordering with canvas.com due to this amazing customer service! Order from their site you will not be disappointed.
I uploaded my pictures for a calendar. I wanted to order ten. I spoke to service dept. and was told to order ten discount vouchers to get $4.99 calendar. I paid the 49.90 and then received the ten vouchers. I went to order the calendars but had to do it one at a time to use the voucher for each. The shipping was $5.99 per calendar for $59.90 total. I called Collage and was told that was right. No difference when getting more than one to same address. I will say representative Erica was pleasant and I was issued a refund through PayPal.
Customer service is fantastic. Had one major issue and they resolved it in a timely fashion! Have been a customer for many, many years each time I order the result is fantastic. Gifts are loved by my family and friends and I am always asked "Where did you buy that?". Good quality.

Their product is not something I'd write home about, although it is definitely of good quality. However, their customer service is easily the best I've experienced in a really long time. This is the kind of customer service I only ever experience on the rare occasions that I splurge on $100+ dinner dates. They go above and beyond to satisfy you. Not happy for any reason? They'll make sure to take care of that. I'm vouching for and recommending this business to friends.
Funny that they advertise customer satisfaction is their main priority. It's one thing to advertise it and to do it. I was on the phone with one of the reps (rude), that did not even let me finish explaining my issue. Two days after I submitted my order, I realized that I needed to make changes. It was a gift for a friend and they did not like the picture I selected. Not only was the rep rude, as I am in the middle of talking she cuts me off and goes "Is there anything else I can help you with?" Really!?!?! This is how yall conduct your phone calls? Shame on you! Will NEVER order again!
A standard sized printer paper photo book costs you $9.99 to ship and this is way higher than actual shipping for media mail by USPS. If you order more than one book say 3 for example which could all be shipped in the same box they still charge you $9.99 for each book ripping you off. It does not cost $30 to ship 3 little books. Their standard starting price is $50 bucks! Ouch! Any additional pages over 20 pages costs $1 per page. Easily you can be over $100 for a small thin book.

Our printers do charge us to ship by weight and unfortunately not based on whether they are going to the same address, so there is a per item shipping charge. I understand that this is frustrating and I'm very sorry you feel that way. We do have offers on our Deals page which do include free standard domestic shipping, but the product discount isn't as deep as it is with that deal you were looking at. I ordered a woven throw blanket, one of the ' in loving memory' ones of my great grandmother who passed away in 2012 to give to my great grandfather this christmas and it has me in tears. I was skeptical to order something like this online but with their garuntee and still a month till Christmas i figured it was worth a shot and wow did they amaze me.

I do much with collage. If there's an issue with your order Collage ALWAYS takes care of the issue. To me, they have incredible customer service, better than anyplace I've used. High quality and products that look amazing. Once I couldn't put text on cards so I called them. Woman in customer service was SO great! She asked if I wanted help which I did. She put the text on my cards for me and had me look at it. Where else can I do this?

I've always felt you learn more about a person or company when things DON'T go according to plan. When my order initially arrived with an incorrect case size I didn't fly off the handle, but simply took a few pics & emailed Collage's Support Team simply asking how we could proceed.
Within the hour I received an personally written-non-automatic response apologizing for the little error & that a priority order was already created to replace & ship the correctly sized case to me.
Exactly as promise the replacement case arrived exactly to the specs of my initial order. Their team made good on their word and made me feel like a valuable customer.

The quality of the pictures on the blanket is just amazing, not blurry like I kind of expected. The blanket is super soft. We bought this as a gift for my mom and I'm sure she's going to cry! The good cry of course :) I will definitely be ordering more in the very near future!

Coincidentally, my nephew worked at that facility, saw the blanket and knew it belong to someone in our family since his photo was on it. I have ordered from collage before and was very happy with how my blanket came out. I did another order a month later of 2 blankets and they came very quickly one had a duplicate photo on it and I simply asked if it could be fix and they emailed me back that same day and were very fast and they have a new blanket being shipped out to me!
